I am so very happy to see CK win this well deserved award she has been in the business and on the show for a very long time and she certainly deserves this award. And to be honest, she is the first African-American woman to win a Daytime Emmy and all I can say is, it's about time. I love the role of Lily Winters Ashby and I love how CK brings the character to life. With her win she can now show all young ladies of color that anything is possible all you have to do is work hard, believe in yourself and you can achieve anything you put your mind too. Great job to you Ms. Cristel Khalil and thank you for your hard work. And as an African-American woman you make me proud to be one!

The SL for her when Cane "died" made her pulled out some excellent acting chops. Congrats to her and I hope she gets other great SLs. She is really being not used.

Was it aired here in Canada? I never saw it on any of the local networks. Of course I only have basic cable.
