And LOL at Phyllis trying to compare crimes and threaten Daisy with it. Even if Daisy gets convicted which would be very hard, she would probally get 6 months tops. Phyllis on the other hand is looking at a life sentence if she is convicted and there is alot more evidence in her case. Yet she is trying to bargain with Daisy lol. What Daisy did is barely a crime and very difficult to prove. A matter of fact Daisy can turn it around and say it was Phyllis running around trying to hide her past that caused her miscarriage. |

Yep...the way it all played out, Avery needs to find a statute to charge Phyllis with her own miscarriage. Surely there is some type of law to protect an unborn fetus from it's crazy-ass mother. We all know it was Phyl's fault... Hell, what am I sayin...I'm glad she lost the little evil seedling. |

Hell, what am I sayin...I'm glad she lost the little evil seedling. and actually, a number of states are trying to enact what they call "personhood" laws that would criminalize miscarriage. the reach into women's lives has gotten to the point where even when a woman does everything she can to protect her fetus, she might be considered a criminal. i'm against these laws, but that said, if it were a law in wisconsin then i'd say, yeah, throw phyl in the pokey. |
