I'm still trying to figure out how it is illegal to ignor a screaming banshee. It is also very convient how ole girl goes around town with her montra..."it's Daisy's fault", that she neglects to mention what she said to Daisy and her threatening her with her boney little fist, she did that at leat twice, she always leaves out what she did. |

What was this about today when phyl and her followers kept saying, "we've got her, we've got her"! Do these dim whits realize that there is NO audio on that security footage. These two red headed wannabes can yell through the walls all they want to...there is still NO audio...they have nothing! |

These two red headed wannabes can yell through the walls all they want to...there is still NO audio...they have nothing! i looked around online the other day and found nothing to say it was a crime not to have helped. in some countries it is. and in some states here in the us it is a crime to ignore a felony that is taking place. but what was happening to phyl was no felony. plus, earlier she had the chance to do right by the fetus and chose not to - it was fine for her to ignore her own in-progress miscarriage but not okay for daisy to ignore it? maybe i'll find something obscure that would make it possible to prosecute daisy, but the basic search showed that it would not happen in real life. even with audio. even if daisy were doing cartwheels. |

The banshee ! LOL , that is so funny ! Phil is cuckoo ,melodramatic and always the victim. I don't believe it is against the law to ignore her cries .I can't believe she expects Daisy to help her when she is trying to take Lucy away from Daisy . I think it hilarious Daniel ,Nick ,Lauren and Avery calling Daisy evil when Phil has done far worse. It's like they are talking about Phil. |

Totally agree and actually on my TV screen I saw that she had 2 phones near her that she could have grabbed .My mother in law crawled from her bedroom to the front of the house in so much pain that she was unable to talk or yell .( ovarian cancer) and she was much older than Ms . Summer. Actually , it is a medical fact that in most cases a miscarriage is natures way of not bringing to term an infant who may have serious problems. |
