Writers Don't Know What to DO With Sharon!

He was upset exclusively with Diane. I have a feeling that he's going to feel the same way about Sharon when Victor's done with her. The writers have really put themselves in a corner WRT to this character now. She's been degraded to the point that they should just have Victor set her up in some 3-story townhouse so she can set up and run a bordello. She certainly has the experience now. ITA! Sleeping with Nick's father is bad enough, but assulting his mother? Oh and let's not forget the feud with Victoria and the fact that yet again, Sharon has slept with one of his sister's husbands! |

You know Sharon sleeping with the Newman men is pretty nasty, but you act like she has a bed list a mile long. Phyllis, Nikki, Victoria, and Ashley ALL have more notches on the bedpost than Sharon. (And funny enough almost all of them have at least 1 (if not two) mean in common. And they ate all part of the same family -- NewBott. Women having a healthy sexual appetite is not a bad thing. I don't know why people act like it is. NO they do not. Phyllis and Sharon have slept with the same number of men. But Phyllis hasn't been sleeping with all the men in the family! It's not just the sleeping around, it's who she sleeps with! |

Maybe they can get it right this time since they epically failed with Phyllis'. They have tossed out little tidbits throughout the years. They need to piece them together. Carmine should have been her half-brother coming to find his well known sister who is part of a billionaire family. They could have bonded and he still could have fallen for Abby. ONLY now Victor is conflicted because he adores Sharon but loathes her newly-bonded baby brother? What he isn't good enough but Sharon is? Talk about potential draaaaaama. I would also have it that Sharon was molested as a child by her father. This is why Doris was so overprotective of Sharon growing up. Before her awful rewrite, Doris and Sharon has an amazing relationship. I would bring her back as well. Have them have a real heart to heart about her blackouts, stealing, and troubles as a teen (giving up Cassie when she really wanted to keep it) Sharon needs a support system. She is the ONLY character (besides villains) who is without one currently. Also would explain Sharon's over the top daddy issues. She never felt real love from her father, so when someone like Victor came along --- BAM. So many possibilities to understand Sharon Collins. People remember how she used to be and I think they want to forgive her. The viewers just need a solid reason to. Doris has disowned Sharon. The problem is many viewers never saw her as this sweet innocent girl. |

Secondly, Billy was not married to Victoria, who like her mother both slept with Deacon and Brad and should we go on with Vicki's little dirty secrets. Phyllis and her lovers are no shorter. Yes, what the writers did with Sharon, pairing her with Victor is nasty, but Look at their sister show--hasn't Brooke Logan went through every Forrester in the house. Thirdly, she had no idea Chloe was going to ask her to be her maid of honor. Fourthly Nikki and Vicki both need to check themselves---Deacon, Brad--they both seemed to be sleeping with each other men..As far as Phyllis, she has been around the block more than once and her bones are always over the screen.. Yes Sharon with Victor is nasty and that is why I stopped watching B & B due to Brooke Logan sleeping with all of the Forresters and then being made to look innocent and not in control of herself. Y & R use to be a show of substance and with good writers and story lines..But lately they are a reality show within a reality show and that really sucks.

When did Sharon attack Nikki because on my screen I saw Nikki assault Sharon first. She was responding in self defense.... you know that things Nikki knows all too well. |

I agree. I like the Sharon character. She can definitely be anything the writers want her to be. I really loved the cat fight with Nikki the other day. I was so rooting for Sharon. She's had great fight scenes with Phyllis too. |

So Nikki hitting Sharon first is Sharon assaulting her? Wow! Nikki has always put her hands on Sharon, remember the scene in GCAC when Nikki was drunk and pushed Sharon? Sharon didn't hit her back then, but enough is enough. Kudos to Sharon for smacking that polecat drunk. |

I agree. Sharon needs something to do and she doesn't need a man to do it with. Like the new cosmetics line. Also she should be seen more with her kids. It is not normal to see a mother without her kids at least once in a while. We hardly ever see her interact with them. And we got to see some of Phyllis past, it's only fair that we see some of Sharon's past and not her mother either. I don't remember the show coming up with her father. Which makes me wonder who he was. He was never brought up. It would be an interesting story line, if the writers ever decide to go there. |
