Maybe Summer was simply reacting to the day and how Sharon showing up uninvited caused an uproar? Then she ran around from person to person doing her typical passive aggressive crap knowing full well no one wanted to speak with her. Maybe Summer witnessed how upset her father was because his step mommy wouldn't leave. Sharon keeps walking into the lion's den then crying wolf, she's either incredibly ignorant or incredibly stupid. I know it's a hard toss up when it comes to Sharon.

summer's been sorased, but the way i see things, we need to think in terms how faith and summer have been treated by both women during their loves. both sharon and phyl have treated each other's children well (they have even talked about it - it's been a pact they've had over the years) and not wanted things to have a negative impact on the kids. the way this new summer acted, it was as if we were to believe that sharon had never been any kind of part of summer's years growing up. faith is nick's and so she has spent more time with phyl than summer has with sharon, of course, and of course an older girl can think in a way that she couldn't when younger, but the complete 180 the writers have chosen is ridic. in that case, when faith is sorased she should treat phyl likewise. and worse, since she should then see phyl as the mistress who stole her father when her sister died, who left her brother noah and her mother in the lurch, and continued to carry on with the mistress and didn't have the decency to use protection. if the show uses consistency, then faith should despise phyl and also see her half-sister as illegitimate in more ways than one. based on what we are already seeing of this summer's attitude toward sharon, these developments are what would make sense.

Summer being rude to Sharon is a typical teenager reaction when your mom and dad is about to get married and your dad's so called ex-wife shows up uninvited to the wedding as if nothing is wrong in doing that. Anyways, Summer is not being rude rather letting Sharon know that there are other people who care about Nick besides her and would rather Sharon stay out of Nick's life. Totally Understandable and I AGREE!!!

Moreover, Summer was not the only rude person to Sharon but there were MANY MORE ADULTS being RUDE to SHARON. So, don't blamed Summer as being the only rude person to Sharon just because she is Phyllis's daughter. There were ADULTS who are supposed to be more mature but were just as RUDE to Sharon as Summer was to her. However, Sharon shouldn't expect people to be happy she was there. Sharon had to know she would not be treated with respect. In order to get respect, you have to earn the respect. As far as I see, Sharon was not respecting neither Phyllis and Nick's wishes. Sharon was asked more than once to leave and why is she doing here and yet she felt as though she has all the rights to be at Phyllis and Nick's wedding.

Was she.

I thought it was rude for Sharon to show up at the wedding with the kids Grandparents as her date.

She the grown up and one would think she would not sink to that level and degrade herself and disrepsect her kids by even dating their Grandfather.

Much less she doesn't care for Phyllis...so why go there. Oh yeah she's immature now and wants to sink to another level and be part of the immature, dirty disgusting crew.
