Something none of the Phaters are talking about...

Did her actions ever lead to the death of a baby which she then threw in to the fireplace? Did she ever pull a woman's baby from her womb, tell her it was dead and deformed and then give it to someone else who was clearly not in her right mind at the time? No. The worst Phyllis did was attempt to hit Cricket with her car. And before you bring up Sasha, we don't know for sure that she killed her. But if you DO chose to count that, then please count Hightower. So far, the Adam to Phyllis bodycount isn't matching up. I don't get how "evil" Adam should be with "evil" Phyllis because some say they would make a great evil pair. Just not Adam with Sharon because Sharon is so sweet and innocent!! That girl is a class a tramp who's also clunked some guy over the head with a bottle and killed him. |

Sharon went into labour and gave birth to a baby, Adam hardly "pulled it from her womb" LOL. But it sounds so much nastier the way you wrote it. But then, I love the way you describe Phyllis' little misdemeanor as only an "attempt to hit Cricket with her car" how sweet and gentle. Phyllis attempted to kill Cricket by running her down with her car. She didn't succeed in the murder (maybe because of Paul's action to push Cricket aside)she did however succeed in hitting both Cricket and Paul with the car and injuring them. Just got to love how your prejudice in favour of one character, colors your comparative description of their actions. Might even fool someone who hadn't actually watched the show during those events. |

This isn't anything that has happened now or even in the last tenor so years or more. This is an old story and Phyllis was a very different young woman back then. This storyline isn't going to shatter Phyllis or Phick and it isn't going to be a story that ruins her or makes her pay for anything. That Phyllis, Danny, Chris and Paul from those years ago are not the same people that they are today, at all. I just think that this story is not going to be the bloodbath that the Phaters are salivating for at all. If anything, this may be the storyline about Phyllis that shuts them up about her past. Something tells me that is why they are doing this story. MAB always said that both Michael and Phyllis were two compelling characters on this show that she would not mess with thier past. Don't look for this story to feed the hatred for Phyllis or Phick. It isn't going to happen. I don't think it will be a "bloodbath" either. But Phyllis WILL be squirming (karma) and there WILL be trouble for Phick (karma). And then after all is said and done, if Phick is still unrealistically standing (by a thread) then Y&R will just lose more viewers. |

And to be technical, Adam didn't intentionally cause Ashley's miscarriage whereas all of Phyl's actions have been intentional. I think Phyllis killed Sasha, don't think Adam killed Hightower. |

Big trouble. And the writers are in trouble, alot of trouble. If they take this story into distruction of Phyllis and they go to far, not only will they loose hundreds of thousands of fans but they won't recover them no matter what else they do. This show does not have the loyal fans that it was used to years ago anymore. People don't want soap operas in the daytime anymore. Those that do, aren't that faithful and are very fickle and this storyline could prove to be the undoing of this show. Don't take my word for it. Watch and see it for yourself. |
