I can't stand Sharon! She was so rude when she saw Adam at CL. She had no right to question him about his relationship with Chelsea. SHE DUMPED HIM! What a pretentious snob! She is a worthless piece of air time! |

I loved it when Adam said, "do you have a question Sharon?" or something to the affect. It would have been better if he had said, "can you hurry up and get on with your point because I don't want to stand here and listen to your BS.." but I guess what he said had the same connotation

Sharon is so not a snob. She is one of the most down to earth GC members. She doesn't like Chelsea because she doesn't know her, & like everyone else, she's heard that she's a con artist who was trying to break up Billy & Victoria. She also falsely accused Billy of rape, remember...Sharon still cares for Adam & doesn't want him getting mixed up with anyone that might bring him back down. Remember, Skye wasn't exactly a great influence on him either. It was a natural response, & it just proves that even though she knows for safety of Faith that she can't be with him that she still loves him. |

I think that Sharon is thinking that Adam needs to steer clear of someone who is so controversial if he is trying to redeem himself in the community. I don't think of that as being snobbish in the least. Perhaps it's a bit misguided but all the characters seem to have that problem sooner or later.

Sharon is not the only one in town that has judged Chelsea without knowing her, so it's not a stupidity thing. It happens every day. If she didn't want to be judged for being a con artist who tried to trap a man into tons of money over false rape charges, she shouldn't have done it. Sharon is far too familiar with being judged for her past, so she's no snob to people turning over new leaves...she is simply worried about the guy that she only a month ago was still in love with getting sucked back into the life he's trying to get out of... |

It is a stupidity thing because Sharon should not give a rat's arse what anyone thinks of Adam let alone "counsel" him on the subject. I didn't mention anyone else because Sharon is the topic of the thread. |
