    Beautyseat may need to check and see if her source is still there, several sites have been shut down.

    Right??? Every time I've seen the link posted here I've cringed. LOL! Because I knew it was only a matter of time. Somebody definitely reads these boards!

    Just letting everyone know that when I post the spoiler videos for the next day in the News Room (usually around 6 PM EST), there is a link to the Canadian Day Ahead recap w/photos directly below the video.

    It's not the same as being able to watch the show, I realize, but it lets you know (and see!) what's happened on the Canadian episode.

    sucks so bad. I knew when people talked about the yt sites they would be gone. If anybody knows of a site i can watch day ahead please email me at tpryor@umd.edu. thanks. I might have to resort to a proxy service call hidemyass.com to watch the globaltv online.

    Surprised it took them so long to start clamping down but I don't blame them. I enjoyed the YouTube epis too but it's costing Y&R viewers and I don't blame them. Easy enough to just DVR or watch live.

    It's not easy for fans who live outside of North America so don't get the show in their country - or it's years behind and they want to join in the current discussions. There are quite a few international fans here - and elsewhere.

    The CBS internet site is only available to US residents and the Global Canadian internet site is restricted to Canadian residents. And even they only keep episodes for a very limited time. And even soapnet is gone!

    I get the copyright restrictions - laws were written for a reason - but I still feel for those whose only source was YT.

    But if there was someway to get around international copyright and Sony was to create a pay per view access channel I bet many people would sign up.
    (Though I seem to remember Sony did try something like that once -just for the US though - and it didn't work out?)

    Hi everybody,

    I used to watch that channel every day. Antropoliz had a back up channel and I have subscribed to it, but so far there was no activity. Hopefully he will activate it.

    There was another alternativ at tv planet, but that channel was linked to youTube and is closed also. I will check here from time to time and see if anyone has news about a new you Tube channel.

    I hope they (Sony/CBS) understand how important Y&R is to us viewers.
    They should make it world wide. We pay for internet access here so, when we see the day ahead, we have in fact paid for watching it.

    The day ahead shows were not complete episodes anyways. So if it was not exact, how come they can't show them.

    Show has been taken over by the ads. Doesn't mean we don't see them sometimes, just not over and over all the time.

    Thanks Candace. Nice idea. Only problem is that those spoiler videos aren't viewable in Australia so I imagine it could possibly only be available to the US and Canada?!?! The only videos of yours that I could view were the ones that were sourced from YouTube.
