I've got no problem with her being older than Nick it's the veiled insults towards the actress suggesting that she "LOOKS" old enough to be Nick's mother that I have a problem with. I don't have to, I'm not trying to prove a point to soap fans all over. It is phyllis and phick fans that scramble every few months to prove that she isn't THAT much older than Nick, when everyone else knows she is. Just the actors ages alone in one thing, but Phyllis was not a 20 year old in 1994. Pulling that "fact" out makes the arguement more laughable in her haters eyes. No one outside of hardcore Phyllis fans believe she was 20 back then. Oh and by the way, I watched the show from 1991 onward, and she was never identified as a 20 year old. We were left to assume, and given the actresses appearance, I always assumed late 20's early 30's back in the nineties. And the fact that JM looks way younger than he is doesn't help the bashing against her age appearance. Sorry, but he does look younger than her and it is obvious. To clarify, I'm not saying that she looks bad or old or anything like that, but his boyish look doesn't help that cause unfortunately. This post is so very true. Spot on. ITA |

I thought that's why some people liked phick, for that cougar chit... wrong, Phyllis is 3 to 4 years at the most older then Nick. Sharon on the other hand is about 20 years older then Adam! she held him as a baby and changed his diaper! |

Forgive me if I don't take your word for it.. Why are you so worked up over this? She is older than Nick, she look older than Nick. If you can't handle that, I suggest you stop watching...
