Angelina made me cry!!

This doesn't just help Angie on the show, it helps Diana sell the song on iTunes. You don't do all that stuff for an actress or character you hate. It doesn't mean she's coming back but it does mean they liked her and wanted her to leave on a positive note. so she really is on her way out then? well put post. she has grown on me and i was hoping that yr would do more to remove the stuff still getting in the way of seeing angie as fully realistic, but of course she couldn't make drastic changes overnight. perhaps, now, she can at one point return and look and sound more like who she is in real life. it was good to hear her sing and good to be let into knowing her on a deeper level - i agree with you on all these things, including that it could have been nice to see lauren take her under her wing and/or her become friendlier with lily. my hope had been that someone could have been the influence that helped angie out in a few ways and then the more silly side of the sl start to be set aside. i think diana can act. she pry had loads of fun with angie. but if angie returns in the future (and, tifa, i know you're rolling your eyes at that idea if reading this!), i hope she is toned down - alot! but i do like her and i think the character has grown and shows potential for the future. don't know, though, if yr has finally decided just to ax the whole mob thing. at least we'll be able to imagine angie going off into the music world and being happy. it's a good send-off for dd. |

I don't think she's leaving for good, based on her responses to fans on her Facebook. She isn't saying "I'll be back on x date" but she was telling fans not to worry and that she loves being on Y&R (present tense, not past tense). |

I'll bet she's gone for awhile but the plan is to bring her back. The soap magazines probably didn't know at the time they reported her "leaving" that the show had ideas on bringing her back. I sure hope it will be with Kevin. I love those two together |

RIGHT ON!! |

RIGHT ON!! I agree with the post too. I could barely stand to hear her speak at first, but she had me cracking up the other day she was so funny. And she is a great singer, although her music isn't really my cup of tea. |

Diana DeGarmo was a breath of fresh air for Y & R. If her voice annoyed you then I say bravo to her. Just shows off her acting chops. She was one of the sweetest characters I have seen come along in a long long time. I want Y & R to bring her back. She was the only reason I even bothered to watch Y & R lately. Her last episode was a tear jerker. I absolutely loved the Angelina Character and will miss her. |
