    I was trying to look up some storylines on how Young and the Restless began and what not, but not really finding anything, anyone have any websites that would give a run down from the first families of Y&R to today?

    Well, believe it or not, I use to watch Y&R when it was only 30 minutes long, but I was a small girl sitting and foot of my mother sewing machine back then. I caught a few names from back in the day like Lori and Leslie, and the guy that plays Eric Forrester, use to play Lance on Y&R back then, he and Lori were lovers. Let's see, it was also Snapper, Greg (I think) Foster..... Oh, do you guys remember Vic's old friend huuuhhh,, what was his name, Kernel or something.....

    Yes, I remember all of that. Colonel used to be a very distinguished gentleman. And remember, Vance was married to one of the sisters, weren't they the Brooks girls? And the Daddy was a newpaper tyoon. Isn't he the one Jill was married to and saved him from choking to death? Jill's family was poor back then, and Jill mother was the man's cleaning lady. I can't believe the writers ended up making Jill, Catherine' daughter. I was very disappointed in that storyline. They should never had done that. But anyway, every now and then, the writers take leave of their senses. They need to keep thing more believable. Thats my opinon.

    Back then old Voctor was one evil SOB he was married to Julia, pre Nikki days (I'm dating myself here LOL) When found out his wife was having an affair with some guy named Micheal, he locked him in a dungeon and held him prisoner for months. paul helped him with this, maybe that was his training for years later when he held Shelia hastage Diffrent circumstances though.

    I agree about Victor being evil ! I love Jack , I preferred the old Jack , but this one is good. Remember the days of Jack messing around with Lauren when she was a college student ? Who was it that tried to bury Lauren alive ?
