I thought really hard, but I couldn't remember them ever giving Lucy a middle name. I went back to watch the Christening to see if they said too, but didn't catch it. Anyway, there was an earlier post about Christian being a Newman middle name. Isn't that because Victor's birth name is Christian Miller? I really don't want them to give the baby Victor's name or anything to do with Victor. But I also don't think Billy would stand for it for 2 seconds. |

There is an interview on Michael Fairman's website with MCE. It is interesting. She says Villy are her favorite couple too, and when she got the job, people tweeted her that she better not be breaking them up, and she really hoped she wouldn't either. She also says "she doesn't think so" when asked if there is going to be yet another custody battle for baby John. One thing seems pretty clear from the interview. Her character is longer term than we originally thought. She says she can't wait for the viewers to see her character develop her personality and wear real clothes. She says Jeffrey being her dad was a complete surprise to her, but she likes it. |

Keeley Well I am OK with them naming the Baby John but I would have much preferred if they had given him a different name like Finn like Billy had suggested LOL (I can't help it I like that name as well) or Luke or even Connor like Jill had suggested LOL. Now don't get me wrong I have nothing against this Baby, in fact I hope that they do really get to keep him. I just feel like them giving him the name John for us Villy Fans kind of take away from what something like that would mean to us and to them in hoping that one Day that they would have a Baby of their own and would give him or her a name that would be meaningful to them both. Well there is always William though which I think might be a little better than John LOL or for a girl Colleen and we all know what that would mean to them both. Seriously though why give him a name like John if they are only going to end up losing him, that would be really cruel. Sure the name John was only given to him so as to play on Victor's conscience but it is still really cruel. That Boy John though is one real cutie awww. Victoria was not on good terms with Colleen when she died. If I remember correctly she was a huge source of tension between Vicki and JT. I think Vicki only slept with Deacon because Victor's spies snapped photos of JT and Colleen starting something, but JT stopped it right away after that. I could see her using the name as a middle name since her heart saved Victor, but that gift of forgiveness really came from Tracy, IMHO. Yeah I know that Vicki & Colleen weren't on good terms before she had died but I can't see how Billy & Vicki especially Billy wouldn't want to name their Bio Daughter Colleen. She definitely had revenge sex with Deacon and that's when Billy & Vicki really started butting heads till they couldn't stand each other LOL but look at them now, they are so in love LOL.  Tracy just needs to give Victor a real good piece of her mind and throw Colleen's death in his face. I mean for her to lose her only Child because of Victor's hatred for her Uncle. |

Chelsea is not a bad person. She just made awful decisions and is was easily taken advantage of -- or at least that is how they are spinning it. I do believe that she wants to change as well, u have to admit that her giving up the Baby to Villy is definitely saying a lot even if we think that down the line she might change her mind. Although for her to fully make that change she needs to tell Villy about Victor and she needs to also tell them that she is really sorry about what she did. It's like what Sharon said to Adam, words aren't enough alone they need to back it up with their actions as well. One thing I hate though is that they are really making the Baby Billy's. So it's like what else would there be to look forward to where the Baby is concern other than another custody case which is why I feel that Vicki might give the Baby back to Chelsea and then that is when Vicki will find out that she is pregnant. I said before that whenever Vicki finds out that she is pregnant that it will happen in a way so as we won't expect it. That's what I think anyways and I can't help but think that they gave the name John to the Baby for a reason. What reason u ask not sure yet LOL. |

Its hard to like two characters that dont get along. Until now its not been too bad because Adam never really did anything bad directly to Victoria. I would hate to have to hate him, hes my 3rd fave after Billy and Victoria of course. |

I'm anxious to see how the writers handle the Adam/Victoria stuff. If she can still tolerate Victor anywhere near her or the baby, then she should be able to cut Adam at least a bit of slack now, and hopefully time will wear away more of the mistrust. I hate that she seems to be softening towards Victor even a little - I would've had her boot him out of the hospital room - and I really hope she doesn't stay with BON when it goes back to Newman. Villy need another booster shot against Victor, so SOMEONE had better fill them in on the final truth about the Victor/Chelsea stuff ASAP.I don't understand at all why it was more important to Nikki to run to Jack than to Victoria and Billy to let them know she's heard definitive confirmation of Victor's scheming. Victoria was still in the darn hospital, but Nikki left? She really frustrates me sometimes.Victor and Chelsea's conversation cleared up doubts about things, but it would have been a lot more earth-shattering had we not heard Victoria say point blank to Nikki and Abby last week that Victor paid Chelsea to sleep with Billy. That was such a throwaway line I wondered if I had missed a scene where Victoria learned about this for sure. The writers don't make things easy on themselves; it seems like they ruined some of their own drama.I'm glad that the show is making it crystal clear that Chelsea and Victor were in cahoots from day one, and that Chelsea knew all along exactly what she was doing. That only adds to the lies she was telling about not knowing that Billy was married, and about the extent of Victor's involvement when Victoria asked her outright at CL after Anita revealed Victor paid them to come to GC. I don't feel any less disgusted by Chelsea's actions or her treatment of Billy and Victoria, but I've believed for a while that she's starting to see things differently about how she wants to live her life. That's as much credit as I'll give her now.Deana4Villy, thanks for mentioning the interview. Interesting for sure. It does make me a little hopeful that the custody issue might be handled sanely. I really hope the writers know another custody battle would do nothing but aggravate a lot of fans even more than they already are. The fact that she knew from the beginning that her story was going to be with Villy and Adam confirms the suspicion many had that pregnant Chelsea was going to somehow be part of his redemption story. An instant romance between them wouldn't have been believable, but it sounds like the writers are going to develop that relationship even more. There's just no one else in GC right now for either of them.It would still be so wonderful to see Villy have their own miracle baby one day. I'll never stop wishing for that, but in some different and strange way, I'm happy about what baby John tells me about the incredible love Billy and Victoria have for each other. That (and the adorable little guy that Victoria loves like her own - AH has totally convinced me of that) makes it hard for me to feel too upset about the paternity. (I reserve the right to change my tune if Chelsea goes after custody. )

Vicki isn't childless, by any means, but her greatest fear was that she and Billy wouldn't have a child to raise together. ANd now they do. And it's time to burn some more cookies! |
