Quote bail: Nixon was a great creator of soaps and a great Head Writer. Once she gave up that seat and turned it over to others writers her soap was cancelled. Just like what the Bell family is doing, dooming their beloved soap and they have to much pride in admitting they made a huge mistake.
June 23rd will tell the story I believe if not before. The EMMY for outstanding writing team will break or save this witch job. But I think it will keep her on staff not at the head. One must save face. But either way that is the turning point.

Done and done. If they think MAB paying to win another EMMY is more important than the sinking ratings, all soaps gained viewers, except YR, then the show really is doomed.

Mab winning an Emmy at all is the biggest joke of all time....i just can't fathom the rubbish she and her team of non writers (HS and SH) churn out as Emmy material.

She will continue to write rubbish because she is buying the Best Writing Team award from Emmys Are Us. This writing team couldn't write a decent excuse for their children/grand children.
