BIOGRAPHY
Billy Miller is a Texas native, who, in addition to acting, owns a business called '4M' that builds and operates bars in Austin, Texas and South Bay, California.
He appeared in many commercials, as well as 'CSI: NY' before breaking into the soap world with the role of bad boy Richie on All My Children. The very popular actor has now moved to The Young and the Restless to fill the role of integral character Billy Abbott much to the delight of his many fans!
