    BIOGRAPHY

    Darnell Williams was born in London, England but his family moved to Brooklyn soon after and this is where Darnell was raised. His family would later move to Los Angeles where Darnell landed a job as a dancer with "Soul Train".

    The role of Jesse on All My Children became Darnell's breakout role. After leaving the soap, he appeared in other soaps like "Loving", "The City" and Guiding Light. He also spread his wings and began a career as a director. Darnell directed several episodes of AMC and was co-director of "The Manhattanites".

    Darnell returned to "All My Children" until it went off the air, and shortly after joined "The Young and the Restless."
