Watchers of "The Vampire Diaries" know her best as the slightly ethically compromised Sheriff Forbes, but they will have the chance to see Marguerite MacIntyre in a different role. The actress recently completed shooting a part in the upcoming horror comedy, "April Apocalypse." MacIntyre appears as Muriel in the film which tells the story of a man chasing his dream girl across the country, only to wind up in the middle of a zombie apocalypse.
The movie stars Reece Thompson ("The Perks Of Being A Wallflower"), Stephanie Hunt ("Californication") and George Lopez ("George Lopez"). It is currently in post production but will likely see release next year.
