Lifetime has cast "The Vampire Diaries" alum Mia Kirshner (ex-Isobel) in their new feature, "The Perfect Surrogate." The plot concerns a couple who are so desperate for a child that they turn to a surrogate for some help. Unfortunately for them, their dreams of parenthood quickly turn into nightmares.
The film will co-star David Julian Hirsch ("Hawthorne") and Rachel Blanchard ("Clueless"). It will air on Lifetime in the US and in Canada on The Movie Network and Movie Central.
