According to The Hollywood Reporter, NBC is expected to pick up Saving Hope for the US market. If the deal goes ahead, the series will air on NBC during the summer.

Daniel Gillies (Elijah) has been cast in a brand new series. He will be joining the cast of "Saving Hope," a one-hour original drama that has just been ordered by CTV. The series will follow medical staff as they wade through the chaos in Toronto’s Hope-Zion Hospital.
Gillies will be playing a hot shot surgeon named Dr. Joel Goran. The cast also includes Erica Durance ("Smallville") and Michael Shanks ("Stargate: SG-1"). The pilot was shot in the summer and shooting for the first twelve episodes will begin shortly.
