Y&R teams with American Heart Association for women’s heart health PSA image

February is American Heart Month.

This week in Genoa City, Jill learned she had suffered a heart attack as “Y&R” worked with the American Heart Association on this storyline about women's heart disease, which is the number one killer of women in the United States. A “CBS Cares” PSA ran after the episode, featuring Jess Walton encouraging viewers to visit the American Heart Association to learn how to manage risks and recognize the warning signs of a heart attack.

For those who missed the episode, please view Soaps.com’s Y&R Recap: Jill struggles to accept a life-changing diagnosis, and feel free to check out the PSA below.
