Actress Ellen Greene ("Bunheads," "Pushing Daisies," "Little Shop of Horrors"), whom "Y&R" viewers will remember as baby broker, Primrose DeVille, has been cast in a role on NBC's "Hannibal," according to TV Line. The series will put a small screen spin on the popular thriller movies starring Anthony Hopkins. Greene will play the recurring role of Mrs. Komeda, who is described as a member of Boston's cultural elite, an author, and a friend of Dr. Hannibal Lector (Mads Mikkelsen). "Hannibal" is to be a fall mid-season replacement and no premiere date has yet been announced.
