Christel Khalil was nominated as Outstanding Younger Actress, and submitted scenes from episode #9660, which aired on May 27, 2011. In the scenes, Lily is preparing to go stay with Neil when the supposedly deceased Cane appears to her. She sobs violently in his arms.
"The Young and the Restless" was nominated for Outstanding Writing Team based on their submission of episode #9710, which aired on August 5, 2011. In this episode, the suspects in Diane's murder have flashbacks to being with her in the park, and Jack heads to Switzerland to get Kyle.
"The Young and the Restless" submitted the above episode for consideration for Outstanding Drama Series, along with episode #9806, which aired on December 23, 2011. In this episode, Nikki's Christmas episode, she saw her mother.
