Doug Davidson was born in 1954 in Glendale, California and has two older sisters.

Doug has done everything from hosting the Tournament of Roses Parade (1998 and 1999), television game shows, pageants and telethons, to co-starring in made-for-television movies, and in feature films! Doug was one of the few people given an audition to replace the retiring Bob Barker on "The Price Is Right".

In Doug's spare time, he enjoys traveling, camping and playing the bagpipes. He also is heavily into donating time to various charities, including the YMCA.

He and his wife, actress Cindy Fisher, have teamed up to serve as National Honorary Chairpersons for WE-TIP, a non-profit anonymous tip line that aids in crime prevention. Doug and Cindy have two children, Calyssa and Caden.
