Bill and Brooke embrace in his living room. He asks if she feels what he does. She acknowledges that he's become very important to her. Katie appears. Brooke says she has to go see Hope. Bill suggests Hope babysit sometime, but Katie doesn't want Will out of her sight. Brooke goes, and Bill asks Katie if it's really so wrong to want time with his wife. She says it's not wrong - this is just about her spending quality time with Will. They debate. Bill thinks her quality time is coming at their expense. She says the bonding will take as long as it takes. Bill says, "I miss my wife." Katie changes the subject to Brooke - she seemed off. They discuss the Taylor/Eric situation. Katie doesn't think Taylor is calculating. Bill says Brooke disagrees and is preparing for battle - he will help her. Katie questions how they could come between Eric and Taylor. Bill admits he doesn't know Taylor's true motives, but says Brooke has a proven track record at Forrester - it's about money. Katie thinks it's a great idea for Brooke to get back in the game. Bill says he talked to Brooke about it and she's pretty turned on by the idea.
In her office, Hope recalls asking Liam to promise to marry Steffy and sighs. Brooke arrives and Hope tells her she told Liam to marry Steffy. Brooke is shocked. Hope says she knows how important it is to Liam to raise the child in a stable home. Brooke says Liam can be with Hope and she can be a second parent. Hope can't bear to think about hurting the child. Brooke encourages her to tell Liam she would help him raise his child. Hope says she has to let him go. Brooke says once Hope gets out there, young men will be lined up for miles. Hope needs to look after herself first - starting with the relaunch of Hope For The Future. Brooke asks about Oliver. Hope says he's a good guy; he's just not Liam.
At home, Steffy tells Liam they need to make the guestroom into a nursery. He says they need to talk about where to go from here. Steffy thinks he's freaked out about the life-changing stuff going on. Liam says he's excited about the future - he wants to set a wedding date. "I want to marry you, Steffy. Before the baby comes." They beam at each other. Steffy needs to be sure it's what he wants. She asks to hear the reasons he wants to marry her, and then she'll answer. Liam flashes to Hope telling him to do it. He tells Steffy that the time he spends with her is fun - she makes him happy - and now has given him an incredible gift of a son or daughter. He assures her he doesn't feel obligated to get married and raise the child with her - it's what he wants. He proposes on bended knee. She tells him he's got himself a wife. They kiss and start excitedly discussing the where and when. Steffy tells him how amazing he is and how lucky their baby is to have a father like him.
