What are the Sudzies? The Sudzies allow all soap opera fans to cast their votes to honor the best of soaps. Why vote? Just for fun! This is simply a way for Daytime fans to nominate their favorite stars for their work done in the last year. Visitors make their nominations based on who they feel the best of soaps are for all 5 soaps from 2012. (We include "One Life To Live" as it was on for two weeks in 2012 and next year, we add both "OLTL" and "All My Children.")

Visitors will vote once for each soap they view or have viewed in 2012. The categories are based on the 40th Annual Daytime Emmy Nomination categories. This voting for all 5 soaps commences today, Thursday May 2, 2013. It runs until midnight, Thursday June 13, 2013. Visitors will be allowed one vote only. The results taken from those ballots will be posted in Soaps.com’s Latest News Section Friday June 14, 2013.
