Cast changes.

Daytime comings and goings during the month of June featured the return of numerous familiar faces to their daytime roles, some casting rumors, and a couple of departures:

The Bold And The Beautiful:
In June, "B&B" put out a new casting call for a leading man of any ethnicity in the 32 - 38 year age category. The show is seeking an experienced actor to play the good-looking, cultured character. Sean Kanan returned as bad boy Deacon Sharpe this month, Winsor Harmon popped in as Thorne, and "Big Brother" personalities Brendon Villegas and Rachel Reilly reprised their roles as the bartender and waitress at Bikini Bar. Viewers also learned that the role of Ivy Forrester had been cast with "Neighbors" star, Ashleigh Brewer, who first appears the week of July 7, and that Lesli Kay had taped some scenes as Felicia. Days of our Lives:
During the month of June, James Read joined the cast as Clyde, Greg Jackson appeared as Jeremiah, and John Patrick Kelly played an investor. Donald Li was cast as Mr. Shin, and Joseph Mascolo was due back in Salem as Stefano the week of June 30. Viewers also learned that Andrew Rush will appear as a roulette dealer on July 10, Betsy Baker will be on "Days" this summer, and Celestin Cornielle, who played Officer Moreno, will be back as a new character, Miguel, in the fall. Additionally, a new casting call went out for the role of Daphne, a sweet college freshman of any ethnicity in the 19 - 21 year old age range. The part will be recurring. General Hospital:
Ilene Kristen returned at the end of June as Delia for a multi-episode arc, and Rick Hearst departed temporarily as his character went into the Witness Protection Program. Kimberly McCulloch may bring Robin back to Port Charles this summer, Thaao Penghlis is due back as Victor Cassadine sometime in the future, and there's a rumor swirling that former "The Young and the Restless" actor, Billy Miller, might be up for a role. The Young And The Restless:
Randall L. Smith first appeared as Genoa City's Moses in June, Stephanie Lemelin played Stitch's ex-wife, Jenna, Terrell Tilford debuted as Dr. Barton Shelby, and Burgess Jenkins took on the role of Billy Abbott. His predecessor, David Tom, was last seen on June 19. Aly Lind was back as Faith due to McKenna Grace's film commitments, and Beth Maitland popped in as Traci on June 27. A casting call went out for the two-day role of nurse Helen Copeland. Viewers also learned that Robert Gant would be back as David Sherman on July 11, Andrea Grano would return as Dr. Sternin on July 28, and that Gina Tognoni's first airdate as Phyllis would be August 11. Last, but not least, a very popular former "Y&R" actress signed a contract to reprise her role as a core family member full-time.
