Giudice fraud charges.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple, Teresa and Joe Giudice, were charged in Montville Township, New Jersey, in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statements on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. Their network, Bravo, elected not to comment to media, however, Teresa released the following statement through the New Jersey Star-Ledger: "Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me. I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career. As a result, I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible." Her attorney also told the paper that she will plead not guilty. The couple's first court appearance was Tuesday July 30 and TMZ reported that they each bailed out on a $500,000 bond and had their passports taken away. They must stay in New York/New Jersey, and Joe, who is not a legal US citizen, must submit to drug testing. They are due back in court on August 14.
A birthday and a bus bust for Bieber.
On Saturday July 27, Justin Bieber reportedly took a day away from his tour to drop into a 21st birthday bash for on/off girlfriend, Selena Gomez. The Biebs arrived at the Mediterranean-themed get together in Malibu bearing a single red rose for Gomez, who had been joined by other celeb pals including Jaden Smith, Julianne Hough ("Footloose," "Dancing With The Stars"), Derek Hough ("Dancing With The Stars"), Nina Dobrev (The Vampire Diaries"), and Ashley Benson ("Pretty Little Liars"). US reported that Bieber and Gomez left together holding hands. By the next day, it was back to business as usual for Bieber, which lately, includes a certain amount of mischief. Hot on the heels of allegedly being spotted spitting from his Yorkville hotel room in Toronto on Friday July 26, reports surfaced that one of Bieber's tour buses was busted carrying a small amount of marijuana over the Windsor/Detroit border on Sunday July 28. The 19 year-old singer wasn't present. "CP24" said the bus driver was cited and the bus carried on. Bieber performed his concert as scheduled Sunday night in Detroit.

Actress Lea Michele has kept quiet on social media since the tragic death of Cory Monteith from an alcohol and heroin overdose earlier this month. His on and off screen love has been spending her time grieving along with his family and helping to plan his funeral and memorial services. Michele took to Twitter on July 29 to post the following:

Johnny Depp retiring?
Actor Johnny Depp ("The Lone Ranger," "Pirates of the Caribbean") may have sent millions of women into panic attack mode when he talked about leaving the acting life in an interview with "BBC Breakfast" earlier this week. He said he wouldn't drop out of acting 'any second', but that retirement probably wasn't too far off. Depp is currently slated to appear in "Pirates of the Caribbean 5," which will be released in 2015, as well as several other films in the works.
Jay Z and Beyonce's baby visit.
Kim Kardashian ("Keeping Up With The Kardashians") and her new daughter, North West, received a visit from Jay Z and Beyonce at Kris Jenner's home in California on Sunday July 28, according to US. North's papa, rapper Kanye West, was not present for the visit, as he was away in Milan, Italy.
Evan Rachel Wood has a boy.
Actress Evan Rachel Wood ("The Wrestler," "Thirteen") and husband, Jamie Bell, have welcomed a new baby boy into the world, according to People. Her rep confirmed that parents and child were doing well, but offered no additional details.
