Breaking celebrity news.

Secret engagements, a social faux pas, and a shocking celebrity split make headlines in this week's Celebrity News!

A new guy for Britney Spears.
There's reportedly a new man in Britney Spears' life and his name is David Lucado. It seems that Lucado passed the test after he reportedly signed a confidentiality agreement and underwent a background check before being granted permission to link fingers with the former "X-Factor" judge. Spears and Lucado have been spotted out and about together in Los Angeles, looking mighty happy to have found each other. Reports say that Lucado is a normal guy who works at a law firm in Southern California.

Secretly betrothed?
While Angelina Jolie ("A Mighty Heart") is denying claims that she and fiancé Brad Pitt ("Killing Them Softly") got married on the down-low recently according to TMZ, one actress may soon be pressed for full disclosure. Hayden Panettiere ("Nashville") is reportedly secretly engaged to her boxer-boyfriend Wladimir Klitschko and the two are supposedly planning a summer wedding. Panettiere and Klitschko reportedly rekindled their relationship two months ago after taking a break from their two-year relationship in 2011. The actress and the Ukrainian-born Olympic gold medal athlete have made no secret of their affection for each other if pictures of the two locking lips are to be believed.

You'd better respect John Hamm's privacy!
You've got to hand it to John Hamm ("Mad Men") for stating the obvious in his own defense. Last week, Hamm's clingy wardrobe was called out as a distraction on the set of his hit show. As a result, AMC Network staffers reportedly advised the star to add a few Fruit of the Looms to his top drawer and wear them while on set. News of Hamm's battle of the bulge was awkwardly funny, but Hamm isn't pulling a poker face in this Friday's issue of Rolling Stone magazine, where he addresses the hoopla over his impressive anatomy. The actor took no time in responding, reportedly saying that his privates are just that – private, and that at least he's wearing pants. He has a point, after all it's not like pictures of his 'privates' have kissed the camera lens à la Britney Spears.

It's commitment time for Jesse James.
He will forever be known as the man who cheated on actress Sandra Bullock ("The Blind Side"), but somehow that very same man made it to the altar for a fourth time. Custom motorcycle maker Jesse James ("Jesse James: Outlaw Garage"), promised 'til death do us part' to Alexis DeJoria, heiress to the Paul Mitchell hair products fortune this past weekend, in an extravagant outdoor ceremony at the bride's father's estate in Malibu, California. The couple reportedly met in September 2012 and dated for a few months before getting engaged. Hmm? A sappy James shared his happiness on Twitter.

Regina King and Malcolm Jamal-Warner split.
How sad is this break-up? Us Weekly is reporting that actress Regina King ("Southland") is confused and distraught over her recent break-up with Malcolm Jamal-Warner ("The Cosby Show"). Supposedly, Jamal-Warner asked King and her son from her previous marriage to move out of their shared home because he reportedly lost that loving feeling after their two years together. Sources say that King was ready to settle down long-term with Jamal-Warner and that being dumped came as a heartbreaking shock.

Hugh Hefner's well-oiled engine.
As godfather of the infamous Playboy mansion and caretaker to countless two-legged live-in bunnies, it should come as no surprise when Hugh Hefner announced that his master bedroom has seen some serious action over the years. So much so, that Hefner can't quite recall the exact number of women he has slept with. In an interview with Esquire magazine, the 86-year-old Hefner reportedly speculated that he had slept with at least over 1000 women while he was single – the Playboy magazine magnate is now faithfully married to his third wife, 26-year-old Crystal Harris.

Justin Bieber's neighbors PO'd?
The celebrity fraternity might be rallying around Justin Bieber in an effort to cushion him from the media speculation that he's having a meltdown, but his neighbors aren't so forgiving. Bieber is currently under investigation for battery after a neighbor claims the singer cursed at and threatened to kill him and then spat in his face when he was confronted with accusations of erratic driving at excessive speeds through their gated The Oaks of Calabasas community. Bieber owns a palatial mansion worth $6.5 million in the exclusive neighborhood. Residents say Bieber has been known to accelerate up to 100 mph through the residential area, allegedly creating a disturbance that has angered many. According to TMZ, Bieber denies the assault and merely told his neighbor to get off his property before having security escort him off.

Is Lindsay Lohan in love?
With a 90-day lockdown in rehab looming over her head, Lindsay Lohan ("Liz & Dick") seems to have found some time for romance with a new boyfriend – City Of The Sun guitarist, Avi Snow. Snow reportedly told E! that Lohan is a lot of fun and is one of the band's biggest supporters, after they were spotted in a lip-lock during a recent gig at the 41 Ocean club in Santa Monica, California. But whether those kisses were supportive or sensual, Lohan isn't wasting any time worrying about it as she got back to work filming a guest spot for the sitcom "Anger Management" with Charlie Sheen ("Wall Street"). Reportedly, Lohan arrived early for the first day of filming but reverted to delaying shooting from the second day onward. Lohan is also currently the subject behind comments made by James Franco ("Oz the Great and Powerful," "GH's" ex-Franco) to Howard Stern on Sirius XM reportedly about how Franco rejected a booty call with Lohan because she had issues and he didn't want to take advantage of her. What a gentleman!

Chris Brown says sorry and means it?
While Rihanna has been vocal in defense of her reconciliation with Chris Brown, critics have been waiting for Brown to be just as vocal about his remorse over the reason for their break-up in the first place. Brown was sentenced to five years' probation and 30 days of community service for viciously assaulting Rihanna after a pre-Grammy party in 2009. In a recent radio interview with Ryan Seacrest, Brown reportedly took responsibility for the beating and offered a somewhat surprised, humble and grateful response to his girlfriend's forgiveness. He added that it was time for him to grow up and be a man so that he could move forward and do the right thing. Brown also granted listeners a peek into his romantic life with Rihanna, divulging that they are enjoying their youth as they spend time doing genuine fun stuff.

Hopper Penn vs. the paparazzi.
Hopper Penn, son of actor Sean Penn ("Gangster Squad") remembered his manners after a racial and bigoted-laden altercation with a photographer earlier this week. Penn claimed he was hounded by photographers as he walked with his father in Beverly Hills. In retaliation, Penn hurled racial and gay slurs at an African-American paparazzo. Like a good boy, Penn later apologized and in a statement issued to TMZ said, "I was accosted by paparazzi and made to feel like an animal – threatened and under attack, but that does not condone my own actions. ... I deeply regret my choice of words."

Taylor Swift's red Keds.
While Beyoncé swathes herself in H&M fabrics Taylor Swift chooses to adorn her happy feet in a pair of limited edition Keds sneakers just in time for spring/summer. Sporting polka dots, sunglasses and sailing anchors, the shoes are comfy and skinny jean-worthy and affordable at $50. Swift even has a signature red pair of Keds inspired by her Red Tour.

Ryan Gosling's sabbatical fallout.
Fans of Ryan Gosling ("The Place Beyond the Pines") who need grief counselling following Gosling's announcement that he was taking a break from the big screen, now have an outlet to express their feelings. "Gosline" is a British video-on-demand service from Blink Box which offers a 24-hour helpline for dejected Ryan Gosling fans who seek consolation in the form of audio clips of Gosling's movie monologues from his hit film "The Notebook." Rumor has it that the real Gosling hotline has been pretty busy with steady calls from Gosling's ex, Rachel McAdams ("Sherlock Holmes") who sought to mend her broken heart following her split from ex-boyfriend Michael Sheen ("Underworld"). Sources say, Gosling's current ladylove, Eva Mendes, wasn't amused.

Dionne Warwick is bankrupt.
Singer Dionne Warwick has filed for bankruptcy in New Jersey after failing to pay nearly $10 million in back taxes. Warwick, a cousin of the late Whitney Houston ("Sparkle"), is reportedly unable to even enjoy her $20,950 income in monthly royalties, retirement income and other ventures as a result of her expenses which exceed that amount. Warwick's publicist, Kevin Sasaki, reportedly blamed bad financial management during the 1990s as the reason for his client's dire straits and revealed that the 72-year-old singer's multiple payment arrangement offers were rejected which drove up her debt in interest and penalties.
