Breaking celebrity news.

This week's Celebrity News offers more baby talk, Justin Bieber's Twitter domination, and some real life celebrity courtroom drama. Plus, get ready to set your DVR for "Beverly Hills Cop." Things are just heating up!

New mommy Shakira.
It's a boy for singer Shakira and her boyfriend, FC Barcelona player Gerard Piqué! Shakira announced the news via Twitter. The singer, who will be swiveling in the judges' chair for season four of the reality singing competition The Voice when it premieres March 25 on NBC, also shared the named of her little bundle of joy – Milan Piqué Mebarak. Insiders reportedly said that little Milan was surrounded by women – with the exception of Piqué – as he came into the world, something that Shakira reportedly wanted when she requested a female-only medical team. Shortly after the birth (which was for real this time and not a hoax), Piqué, who was reportedly a little nervous prior to little Milan's arrival, was seen proudly smiling from ear to ear as he left the medical center where Shakira was recuperating. Last week, the singer and Piqué participated in a virtual baby shower in support of the charity UNICEF. The couple invited fans to join them in their virtual party where their purchases of baby essentials and other gifts would benefit vulnerable babies worldwide.

Not too gleeful.
Mark Salling ("Glee") is in major damage control after reports surfaced that he is being sued by his ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela for sexual battery. TMZ has obtained documents outlining the charges by Gorzela that Salling "maliciously" had sex with her without using a condom – despite her consenting to sexual intercourse on the condition he don one – causing her "severe emotional distress…fear…and humiliation." The two had reportedly been dating for about a year before Gorzela hooked up with Salling. A month following their encounter, Gorzela reportedly confronted Salling at his home to demand that he prove that he was free of STDs. He allegedly responded by grabbing her and pushing her to the ground where she hit her head. Salling has reportedly alluded to Gorzela's accusations as a form of emotional extortion when he thanked his fans on Twitter for their support.

A model marriage.
The secret's out! While actor Stephen Amell ("Arrow") and Cassandra Jean ("America's Next Top Model Cycle 5") haven't yet gone public about their recent nuptials, Us Weekly has confirmed the two got married in the Caribbean over the Christmas holiday, reportedly honeymooning on the island of St. Barts. Amell even tweeted a hint of his wedding vacay several days before. Congratulations to the happy couple.

Kanye's ex warning Kim?
You have to appreciate the timing. Just when Kim Kardashian ("Kourtney & Kim Take Miami") and her boyfriend rapper Kanye West are expecting their first child together, West's ex Brooke Crittendon reportedly decided to dispense some sexual relationship advice. Kind of like the barn door closing after the herd has escaped, right? Crittendon, who reportedly dated the rapper for two years after meeting him in 2004, reportedly revealed to The Sun newspaper that West was obsessed with sex and often expressed relationship insecurities. Crittendon also reportedly divulged that it was West's wandering eye that led to the demise of their relationship, adding that keeping West 'satisfied', even after the birth of his first born, might just be one of Kardashian's priorities as a new mom.

Meanwhile, another woman outside of the Kardashian clan is making a little brouhaha for Kris Jenner ("Keeping Up With The Kardashians"). The deceased Robert Kardashian's widow, Ellen, has reportedly released a copy of the personal diary of her dead husband to In Touch magazine. In the handwritten journal, Kardashian reportedly accuses Jenner of adultery, parental abuse and abandonment during their 12-year marriage that eventually ended in divorce. Reps for Jenner are reportedly dismissing the accusations as "ridiculous and untrue."

Eddie Murphy heading to TV?
Are you ready for Axel Foley in Primetime? If rumors are true, CBS has green-lighted a pilot to feature the wisecracking police detective from the "Beverly Hills Cop" movie franchise in a TV series. Eddie Murphy ("Beverly Hills Cop," "Dreamgirls") is reportedly set to reprise his role as Hollywood Detective Axel Foley, but with a twist – he's a dad, to a police-officer son named Aaron, played by actor Brandon T. Jackson ("Tropic Thunder"). Murphy's box-office glow has waned a bit in recent years, despite his comedic voice-overs for his popular donkey character in the "Shrek" series. Murphy's last movie, "A Thousand Words" did not perform well and reportedly failed to recoup the $40 million it cost to produce. Murphy is reportedly serving as an executive producer on the TV series.

Taylor and Harry reunited?
An award show will reportedly serve as the scene for a reunion between country-pop singer Taylor Swift and One Direction's Harry Styles. It has been reported that the widely publicized split between the two earlier this month will officially be water under the bridge at the NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France this weekend, where Swift and Styles ('Swyles') will reportedly meet up, make nice and get back together. Sources told The Sun newspaper that Swift and Styles are reportedly over the argument that wrenched their relationship in two, and after some time apart are ready to give their union another go.

Carly Rae Jepsen loves Candie's!
Singer Carly Rae Jepsen is the new face of Candie's spring/summer 2013 ad campaign, replacing last year's spokesmodel Lea Michele "Glee," who delivered a personal message to the pop star. Jepsen follows a long line of celebrity Candie's girls such as Disney star Vanessa Hudgens ("Spring Breakers") and Britney Spears ("The X Factor"). Jepsen is said to have chosen her own props for the ads, and brought along a puppy while also acting as photographer. Check out this behind the scenes video of Jepsen posing prettily for the camera. The new collection modeled by the "Call Me Maybe" singer will hit Kohl's stores in March.

Whitney's mom remembers.
Serious concerns about R&B singer Whitney Houston's drug use, abusive relationship with ex-husband Bobby Brown, her granddaughter Bobbi Kristina and her eventual tragic death still plague the singer's mother, Cissy Houston. In her memoir, Remembering Whitney, Houston recalls her daughter's immense talent, rise and fall from grace, and the night she got the call that Whitney was dead, adding that she still struggles to cope with the loss of her baby girl. In an interview ahead of the book's release later this month, Houston opened up to People magazine about regretting that she couldn't do more as a parent. She reportedly writes in the book, "She's put on her chirpy little-girl voice, and to my ears she sounded all right. If there's any one thing I regret about our relationship, that's it: for whatever reason, she never could talk to me about anything that upset her, unless she was really in trouble. And that's something I'll never get over."

Ice and Coco talk babies.
Reality star Coco ("Ice Loves Coco") is already planning her future as a mom with husband rapper/actor Ice-T ("Law and Order: SVU") according to In Touch Weekly. Coco (real name Nicole Marrow), who divides her time between New York and Las Vegas, where she is currently starring as a burlesque dancer in an adult revue show called "Peepshow," is cooing about wanting a little "Coco" to expand her growing family. She even has a name picked out – Chanel. Reportedly, the popular reality star's next move is to negotiate some alone time with her rapper hubby while fulfilling their mutual work commitments.

Emmy Rossum's classy new album.
Emmy Rossum ("Shameless," "The Phantom of the Opera") will have a new album out later this month titled, Sentimental Journey. The actress, who was somewhat of an opera singing child prodigy, also stars in the upcoming movie Beautiful Creatures and took almost seven years to finally release her album of cover songs. All 12 tracks were reportedly recorded over three days and funded by the actress herself, with the support of some friends, according to "Entertainment Tonight." Check out Rossum's music video vignette for "Nobody Knows (When You're Down and Out)."

Justin Bieber's followers.
Pop sensation Justin Bieber has achieved new heights this week as he finally toppled another pop singer's two-year Twitter reign. Bieber is now the most followed celebrity on Twitter, surpassing Lady Gaga, with 33,331,355 followers and counting – and you can't say that he didn't work hard for the title. From snapping the most comedic to the most revealing photos – including a reported ass-crack picture last week – and engaging his fans on the social networking site, Bieber has been making consistent headlines that also include his now public break-up with Disney actress Selena Gomez ("Spring Breakers," "Wizards of Waverly Place"), an alleged pot-smoking scandal and his recent alleged potty mouth outburst toward a woman working out at a Ritz-Carlton Hotel gym in North Carolina. Gaga sent her congratulations to the singer via Twitter.

Lindsay Lohan's legal roller-coaster.
Lindsay Lohan is certainly facing some abandonment issues these days. Straight from learning that her new film "The Canyons" was rejected by the Sundance Film Festival, the actress was reportedly responsible for firing her longtime lawyer Shawn Hawley, only to have a quick change of heart. New York lawyer Mark Heller seems eager to step up to plate but he's got one niggling detail to sort out before joining the Lohan legal stage show. According to TMZ, Heller, who famously represented reality star Jon Gosselin ("Jon & Kate Plus 8"), is not licensed to practice law in California and to do so must choose a California attorney to sponsor him. Lohan is facing charges that she lied to police after recklessly driving and crashing her vehicle. Heller, in the meantime, has reportedly chosen a lawyer, Lindsay Berger Sacks, who has been an inactive member of the State Bar for 17 years. Sacks claims she's never met Heller and that she thought she was helping her fellow attorney friend, Peter Toumbekis. Are you getting the feeling that the only person practically sprinting to trouble here is New York lawyer Mark Heller?

No prison time for Scott Evans.
According to TMZ, actor Scott Evans (Oliver Fish, "One Life to Live") has pleaded guilty to attempted cocaine possession after trying to buy the drug from an undercover cop. Evans, who ironically, played a Llanview police officer on the soap opera, also agreed to some specific terms. Find out more about the terms of Scott Evans' release.

Barbara and Beyoncé.
This week kicked off numerous events in celebration of the second inauguration of U.S. President Barack Obama. And while the festivities displayed the usual pomp and glamour to precede Obama's next four years in office, they weren't entirely incident-free. Singer Beyoncé's stirring rendition of the U.S. National Anthem "The Star-Spangled Banner" is suspected to have been 'stirred' in a recording studio first. No one is going on record to confirm or deny whether Beyoncé sang with a backing track, but everyone - famous or otherwise - does seem to have an opinion and they aren't holding back online.

In earlier events, during one of the inauguration balls, veteran journalist Barbara Walters ("The View") had to be hospitalized after suffering a cut on her forehead. Walters was attending a party at the home of Peter Westmacott, Britain's ambassador to the United States, when she missed a step. Reportedly, while being treated at the hospital, Walters was said to be alert and very vocal. That's one tough cookie!
