Kate thinks she’s moving on up when she tries to get Maddie into a better school district by lying about their residence. Her only move is to report to the principal’s office where she’ll have to fess up and tell the truth Tuesday October 2, at 8:30 PM on FOX.

The Big Bang Theory: The Decoupling Fluctuation.

Blue Bloods: Domestic Disturbance.
There’s more to a domestic-abuse claim than meets the eye, including a secret affair with a powerful politician, and Linda returns to work, much to the dismay of her family Friday October 5, at 10:00 PM on CBS.

Homeland: Beirut Is Back.
Carrie returns to Beirut in an operation to put an end to Abu Nazir. In Washington, Brody’s relationship with Jessica worsens and Capt. Faber has questions about the Elizabeth Gaines’ shooting Sunday October 7, at 10:00 PM on Showtime.

How I Met Your Mother: The Pre-Nup.
The gang deals with relationship issues in the wake of Barney’s prenup. It’s a new battle of the sexes Monday October 1, at 8:00 PM on CBS.

Last Resort: Blue On Blue.
Viewers were very pleased with last week’s premiere. This week Prosser confronts Chaplin and warships close in on the island Thursday October 4, at 8:00 PM on ABC.

Made in Jersey: Cacti.
Martina needs to persuade a jury to set an innocent woman free after being institutionalized for pleading insanity Friday October 5, at 9:00 PM on CBS. Catch a repeat of the pilot episode Saturday October 6, at 8:00 PM.

Major Crimes: Dismissed With Prejudice.
Rusty meets with his father and Tao deals with his past after a murder conviction is overturned. This episode proves to be one of the best of the season, written by Jim Leonard. It airs Monday October 1, at 9:00 PM on TNT. Fans can also celebrate the show being picked up for another season next year.

The Mentalist: Devil’s Cherry.
A diamond cutter’s homicide is investigated and a girl claiming to be Jane’s late daughter turns up Sunday October 7, at 10:00 PM on CBS.
