Natalie Morales ("The Newsroom") will appear in the recurring role of Ashley in season five, which returns to the CW on Monday October 8 at 8:00 PM.

Animal Practice:
Annie Potts ("Law & Order," "Designing Women") has been cast to appear as Virginia. Tune in for the NBC series on Wednesday September 26 at 8:00 PM.

Bates Motel:
New series! A&E's latest project, which will premiere in 2013, has cast Freddie Highmore ("August Rush") in the lead role as Norman Bates. The series will take viewers back to Norman's childhood and his relationship with his mother as to explain what led to him growing up to become a serial killer.

Boardwalk Empire:
In HBO's Sunday September 30 9:00 PM episode titled "Bone For Tuna" Nucky accompanies Margaret, who receives a high honor from the Church then makes a deal with Gyp. Van Alden regrets his socialization with his co-workers. Margaret goes to a higher authority with her women’s-clinic pitch. While Lucky and Meyer guard their investments, Richard goes to Mickey and Nucky to set the record straight.

Tune in to TNT on Wednesday September 26 for an eleven hour marathon beginning at noon.

James Brolin ("Blackout") has been tapped to play the estranged father of Jeff Winger, played by Joel McHale (who tweeted below). Tune in to NBC for the series on Friday October 19 at 8:30 PM.

Cougar Town:
The series resumes on TBS with brand new episodes on January 8, 2013 - and the cast has a special message for its viewers through the video below.

"Ringer" alum Tara Summers will appear in a guest starring role in November as Dr. Carly Emerson. The CBS season premiere airs on Friday September 28 at 8:00 PM.

On Tuesday September 26 at 8:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its May 14, 2012 episode titled "The Big Day."

Major Crimes:
In Monday's September 24 9:00 PM TNT episode titled "The Shame Game" Major Crimes finds it hard to keep important classified facts from leaking, and a shocking discovery surrounding Rusty is made by the Department of Children and Family Services.

New Girl:
Triple casting news! Carla Gugino ("Political Animals") will appear in season two in two episodes as Schmidt’s (Max Greenfield) boss Emma. In other casting news, look for Jess' parents Bob and Joan to appear in the form of Rob Reiner ("All In The Family") and Jamie Lee Curtis ("NCIS")! Mark your calendars for the FOX series' two episode premiere on Tuesday September 25 starting at 8:00 PM.

Friday September 28 at 9:00 PM the CW will show an encore of its May 18, 2012 episode titled "Homecoming."

People's Choice Awards:
If you're a fan who likes taking part in who wins what be sure to mark your calendars, as the awards show will air live from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles, California on Wednesday January 9, 2013 at 9:00 PM on CBS.

Pretty Little Liars:

Special episode alert! The ABC series returns, in a new time slot, on Sunday September 30 at 9:00 PM! Get your first look at this season's new key-art to the left and tune in to ABC on Wednesday September 26 at 10:00 PM for a special one hour episode, "Revenge: The First Chapter," which will highlight key points of season one and tease into season two with an exclusive scene.

Jesse L. Martin ("Law & Order") has landed an upcoming six-episode recurring arc, which will have his character Scott Welker singing at times. Stay tuned to NBC for the mid-season return.

Strike Back:
In Cinemax's Friday September 28 episode communities in South Africa and Zimbabwe continue to feel the effects following the Lutulu shooting. While questioning the shooter Stonebridge looks for a safe escape. Scott and Lilian are pursued by other assassins, and Knox and someone surprising discuss a new plan. Tune in at 10:00 PM.

Amanda Tapping ("Sanctuary") has landed a big recurring role for season eight as Naomi, while Mike Farrell ("M*A*S*H") will turn up as Fred Jones in episode eight. Unit then, on Wednesday September 26 at 9:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its May 18, 2012 episode titled "Survival Of The Fittest." Get your first look at the new season, which returns Wednesday October 3 at 9:00 PM, through the promo below… "Their fate will be rewritten…"

The Big Bang Theory:
Margo Harshman ("Bent") will appear as Alex in the Friday October 10, 2012 episode titled "The Higgs Boston Observation."

The Good Wife:
Carrie Preston ("True Blood") will return to the CBS drama this fall as Elsbeth Tascioni - a role she's played on and off from 2010 to 2012. Tune in Sunday September 30 at 9:00 PM for the season premiere.

The L.A. Complex:
Season finale! September 24 at 9:00 PM marks the CW season finale titled "Don't Say Goodbye." Monday Episode Finale Teasers: Connor seeks comfort in Scienetics after an uncomfortable moment with Charlotte. Beth fights to keep Simon. Kal hopes to recover a hard drive. Abby makes a life-altering decision. While Raquel gets ready for a fundraiser, Nick and Sabrina deal with a relationship crisis.

The Vampire Diaries:
On Thursday September 27 at 8:00 PM the CW will air a repeat of its May 10, 2012 episode titled "The Departed." Don't forget… only two more weeks until the October 11 season premiere!

CBS' new drama series, which premieres Tuesday September 25 at 10:00 PM, has tapped "Breaking Bad's" Jonathan Banks for a multi-episode arc as Angelo.

Witches Of East End:
Lifetime has a new pilot series and Jenna Dewan ("American Horror Story: Asylum," "The Playboy Club") has been green-lighted to play Freya Beauchamp, who has secret supernatural powers. No word yet on when to expect its premiere.
