Since Americans aren't the only ones with good soapy drama, has listened to our readers from across the pond who have requested we keep tabs on a few British and Australian soap operas. Take a look at what's going on with dramas from other parts of the world.

Is reality TV star Kim Kardashian trying to land a guest-starring role on British TV? Could be, as she has reportedly been vocal about her recent love of "EastEnders" and "Coronation Street." Can you see her on either show?

Several British soap stars are participating in the Celebrity Challenge motor race at the Silverstone Classic this month. Along with other famous faces, Nicola Stapleton (Mandy, "EastEnders"), Kelvin Fletcher (Andy, "Emmerdale") and Tony Hirst (Fireman Paul, "Coronation Street") will hit the track over the upcoming weekend.

Spoiler alert: Billy won't be the only one having a big moment during the Olympics, as Lola will give birth during the live episode on July 23. Of course, once Billy has finished his duties as torchbearer, he races to Lola's side.

After suffering a nervous breakdown, Ian left Albert Square about a month ago. It seems he's on his way back, but he does his best to avoid his former neighbors, especially when the down and out former café owner runs into Lauren at a homeless shelter.

Coronation Street:
Spoiler alert: Wendy Crozier will return to the street after 22 years away. The former council secretary will reportedly bump into Ken, whose marriage broke up after the two had an affair. Will they rekindle the flames?

Ryan finds Sophie cleaning No. 13 and convinces her to have a couple of drinks with him in the backyard. He then leans in for a kiss. No word on how she responds, but something does combust when a match Ryan tosses catches fire.

Spoiler alert: After Belle tries to rescue her dad from the loan sharks with a garden shovel, she is easily disarmed and put in the back of the car. Luckily, she has her phone on her, so help could still be on the way.

With Ali by her side, Rachel nervously takes a pregnancy test. Rachel can't bear to read the results, so Ali helps her out and reveals that it's positive. However, when Ali asks who the father is, Rachel stays mum.

After playing Scott for almost a year, actor Calvin Demba has announced he's leaving the show. He filmed his last scenes on July 13.

Spoiler alert: Mercedes' plan to gaslight Mitzeee seems to be working. After getting framed for stabbing Mercedes, Mitzeee is locked up and even starts to doubt her own innocence. Mercedes did stab herself after all, so Mitzeee definitely has an uphill battle ahead of her.


Spoiler alert: Vanessa sets up Lucas on a date with Sarah from yoga class, which goes pretty well until she accidentally walks in on them. How will she explain to Sarah about their relationship and the baby?

After Jade and Sonya arrive at Troy's where he has Callum, they get trapped inside the house by their mutual ex. Callum breaks free, but the women are left behind to deal with Troy, who tries to goad them into hitting him. The women eventually escape as well, but someone ends up falling to the ground, hitting their head and drawing blood.

Home and Away:
Spoiler alert: After drinking with his father, Casey wakes up on the beach to find Sasha and Natalie standing over him. Concerned, they threaten to call Brax, as they question his recent behavior.

Xavier is spending the summer at the police station for work experience and becomes concerned about Jett's propensity towards violence. His worry and interest in the boy deepens after finding a photo Jett dropped. What does the picture reveal about Jett's past?
