Daytime casting news.

Big returns, sad goodbyes and fresh faces are always part of the Daytime game. Find out who's coming and who's going on all four Daytime soap operas.

The Bold and the Beautiful:

The revolving door in the fictional town of L.A. was given a bit of rest in June. However, the month did see Sean Kanan return as Deacon Sharpe after Bill (Don Diamont) sprung him from prison. It also gave viewers the news that Deacon's onscreen ex, Adrienne Frantz, had been dropped to recurring status as Amber. Coming up, July will see the return of a guest star, who used to be on another soap. Find out who will reprise their "B&B" character at The Bold and the Beautiful Comings and Goings.

Days of our Lives:
Salem's goodbyes continued in June as Molly Burnett left the show as Melanie. At least Melanie made it out of town alive. Stefano didn't have it so lucky, as he was shot and killed, forcing viewers to say goodbye to Joseph Mascolo once again. But then again, the Phoenix always rises, right? News also came down that Peter Reckell would be leaving his role as the popular rebel turned upstanding cop and family man Bo Brady. However, his final scenes won't air until the fall. Who else is leaving the show this summer? Read Days of our Lives Comings and Goings to find out.

General Hospital:
Lisa's (Brianna Brown) murder was finally solved, which meant the killer, Matt Hunter, was sent off to prison. But while we said goodbye to his portrayer Jason Cook, we will say hello to a couple of familiar faces. Former "Passions" star Richard Steinmetz is on his way to Port Charles as Sonny's (Maurice Benard) nemesis Joe Scully Jr. Also, look for "One Life to Live's" Kassie DePaiva to reprise her role of Blair Cramer in July. Find out which popular actress was recently put on contract at General Hospital Comings and Goings.

The Young and the Restless:

June saw a lot of casting action in Genoa City. "As the World Turns" darling Jennifer Landon took over the role of Heather Stevens early in the month, while Jerry Douglas helped usher June out with another ghostly appearance as John Abbott. Jeff Branson's Ronan also returned and another veteran character is on their way back. Who will be showing up in July? Check The Young and the Restless Comings and Goings for more.
