Reuniting on Hollyoaks? (Lime Pictures)

Extended coverage.

Since Americans aren't the only ones with good soapy drama, has listened to our readers from across the pond who have requested we keep tabs on a few British and Australian soap operas. Take a look at what's going on with dramas from other parts of the world.

Tameka Empson (Kim) will narrate "Writing For Walford," a documentary focusing on how to write for TV dramas, such as "EastEnders." It will air on BBC as part of the Learning Zone on May 31.

Considering his character is responsible for the death of Heather Trott, it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise to learn Joshua Pascoe, who plays Ben Mitchell, will be leaving the show later this year. He will reportedly film his final scenes this summer.

Spoiler alert: Michael continues to con Jean out of her savings and ups the ante by making everyone think she's crazy when she tries to tell people what's going on. Since she seems to be at the end of her rope, it might not be such a hard sell.

Coronation Street:
Spoiler alert: The people of Weatherfield celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee by dressing up as music icons from the past 60 years. Any guess as to who will dress up as Madonna, Beyonce, Tom Jones and Elvis Presley?

Backed into a corner, Tommy must confess to Tina about his shady dealings with Rick. Watch a preview of what goes down on Friday's episode in the video, which might not be available in all areas.

Spoiler alert: Gennie discovers she's pregnant, which should be good news. Considering Nikhil doesn't want kids though, it might not be the welcome surprise one would expect.

Zak might regret his decision to leave the hospital early when his financial problems start to weigh on him once he's home. After loan sharks come after him and he can't pay his cab fare, he starts acting out again. It sounds like a return trip to the hospital might be in order.

Alicia goes to jail after punching Val, kicking off actress Natalie Anderson's maternity leave.

Ashley is spotted working at the burger bar in Thursday's episode. Can the ex-vicar convince Victoria and Alex to keep quiet? Watch the video, which might not be available in all areas, for more.

Spoiler alert: Weatherfield isn't the only place to find a Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebration, as the McQueen's throw their own bash next week. The party will reportedly be the site of Ste & Doug and Riley & Lynsey coming out as couples and Bart arriving with bad news from court.

It might be over before it even begins for Ste and Doug, as Ste learns his new beau is in debt to Brendan over the business. Feeling betrayed, Ste is receptive to Brendan's advances and agrees to a future with him, but only if he will wipe out Doug's debt. Are the exes truly reuniting, or is Ste just playing him?

Spoiler alert: Andrew will soon have new problems to worry about other than his break up with Summer. Coming up, he will reportedly be responsible for an accident that ostracizes him from the community.

As Vanessa battles morning sickness, Lucas gets an earful from Rhys about not being there for the mother of his child. Lucas eventually reaches out, but Vanessa might not be so receptive when she discovers Rhys interfered.

Home and Away:
Spoiler alert: Heath declines when Hayley offers to let him pay for his legal fees by providing her drugs. So why is Brax so furious with him when he later finds Hayley with illegal goods?

Colleen admits to giving her son all her savings in anticipation of moving in with him so he can look after her. Her dreams are dashed though when she learns Lance plans to move abroad. Unless, of course, she is also moving to the U.S.

Watch the first few minutes of today's episode as Bianca and Heath receive serious news about their baby. The video might not be available in all areas.
