Thoughts: Fix this. Wow. Rick is doing a nasty number on Caroline, who may seem vulnerable now, but will probably rip his head off if she finds out he's playing her to keep the CEO position. I hope she finds out just as he realizes he really does want to be with her and not Maya. Hehe. As for Maya, her shriek-y reaction to the news of a reconciliation with Caroline, even a fake one, was definitely entertaining. You are magnificent. Ridge told Caroline, who, as mentioned in last week's "B&B" Breakdown, admitted she had fallen for him, there was no future for them. Yet he keeps fondling her lapels and arms and looking deep into her eyes at every given opportunity. Which brings us to Ridge and Katie. She confronted him about needing all of him but he didn't really clearly answer her question about whether he could give her that or not. That's the answer in itself. Run, Katie. Wed, 26 Nov 2014 08:00:00 GMT The Bold and the Beautiful News - Days of Our Lives - Deconstructing DOOL Weekly Blog. Salem Shenanigans from November 24 - 26: Sweeps came and went and the only interesting thing that happened was that Theresa’s embryo was stolen. Other than that, “Days” storylines have been pretty uninspired and there doesn’t seem to be an end in sight. I feel ranty. Just get on with it. Last week in Deconstructing "DOOL" poster, Lemonade890 said it was up to Daniel and Nicole. None of the other current couples have enough romantic sizzle, including Hope and Aiden. This week many are still feeling the same. Not to mention Nicole and Daniel’s little escapades are at the point where they’re no longer amusing. It’s time to do away with antics and either put them together or with someone else. Waiting for Dannifer to end was excruciating enough and it’s not as though Daniel and Nicole are new, so them taking it slow seems pointless. But really, if Eric’s still in love with Nicole, shouldn’t she be off limits to his bestest friend Dan? You know you’re all thinking it... Everyone dropped by Eric’s new pad and fawned over his photographs from Africa, which were mediocre at best. Yep. Bag ‘o’ money. Melanie returned to Salem rather suddenly with a bag full of money which she stared at most of the week, you know, making sure it didn’t crawl out of the bag and into someone else’s purse. No way did she get that through customs but it obviously has to do with why she’s on the run. Why run home, where any thug with half a brain would search first and family will be suspicious? Vote! Days Poll: What's going on with Melanie? And let me know in the comments if you saw the chemistry between Melanie and nu-Chad. Already, we are wondering who she'll pair up with. Could it be Chad or will there be a triangle between her, Abby and naked Ben? Kids these days. Clyde sort of had Chad up on a pedestal until Chad turned him down flat for a double date. A minute later, he was at TBD with Ben, gossiping about Chad like two girls in the tenth grade. Huge turn off. The highlight of the week oddly, sadly, was that Jordan finally figured out that Kate’s the one who brought Clyde to Salem. What a surprise that snuck up on us as much as Jordan. The thing is, this is Jordan. It’s not as though she’ll do anything about it. It makes things sort of anticlimactic. Wed, 26 Nov 2014 08:00:00 GMT Days of Our Lives News - The Young and the Restless - Y&R Restless Rant Weekly Blog. Genoa City for the Week of November 24 - 26: It was a short week of only three episodes, and most of the storylines remained more or less in limbo going into the Thanksgiving holiday. Thoughts: Waiting for the call. We see Billy subconsciously slipping away from Chelsea while trying to keep himself there in the moment, and can see how it is affecting them. We can see that Billy is feeling drawn back to Victoria, and we can see that Ben minus the mystery is a man with his heart on his sleeve. We see Victoria being kind toward them both, but really have no idea what she wants. We're seeing it all, but not necessarily feeling a whole lot. At this point, viewers should be going crazy over the 'Billy or Ben' question, more like they were when Vikki first learned she was pregnant, but somehow that's all died down and it's become a waiting game. The preview of Victoria asking the doctor about the results had me nervous she will decide she doesn't want to know or something. Gah! Whatever it takes. As far as the Adam storyline goes, viewers are either intrigued by Constance and Sage, or just can't wait for him to get the hell away from those people and back to Genoa City. Many just don't want to invest in any more new characters. The storyline itself has left scads of viewers utterly confused. By way of explanation...Billy and Adam crashed the car near Constance's house. Her grandson, Gabriel, helped save Adam when the car exploded, but died in the process. Sage helped rescue Adam, thinking he was Gabriel, and at some point she learned the truth and they decided Adam would take on Gabriel's identity. Constance believes Gabriel survived and Adam died. Sage's motivation in this is unclear, and taking Gabriel's identity suits Adam, who can go back to Genoa City and be free of Adam's baggage. Feel free to comment if you have a different take on it. An axe to grind. Well there were awesome things about the Nick Newman-centered episode...getting to see Amy and Grace, the fabulous flashbacks, and Gina Tognoni doing an amazing job of re-creating Phyllis/Nick flashbacks, but many still wound up calling it a filler episode. Perhaps because it didn't really advance story other than to set up Nick to meet Sage and cross paths with Adam, and Nick didn't really reflect deeply enough to change his thinking in any appreciable way. He's sworn off love once again, but will no doubt fall for Sage when she rescues him from the bear trap. Predictable ol' Nick! Vote in's Y&R Poll: Nick's episode. Overwhelming. Sure it was fun to see Phyllis stick it to the competition, but Jack's behavior continued to be awful. Why would he show up at Kelly's workplace and start dumping her in the middle of the public dining room? Why would he sit there and do nothing while Phyllis rubbed Kelly's nose in their engagement, when he had just said he was so concerned about Kelly being hurt? Some are offended at Jack being depicted as a coward. Wed, 26 Nov 2014 08:00:00 GMT The Young and the Restless News - Days of Our Lives - Days Of Our Lives Poll: Giving Thanks. A nice family meal. No matter what family you belong to, there are some special dynamics that seem to come into play each and every time everyone is gathered around the Thanksgiving table. When one person is missing or someone new is added to the mix, the vibe can shift a bit but the family core is still there. And this is very true in Salem, when every family is fraught with not only secrets and tension, but loyalty and love. Every family on “Days of our Lives” has their own special bond, which is what makes them so engaging and fun to watch. So if you couldn’t be with your own family on Thanksgiving, which family table in Salem – real or dreamed - would you love to pull a seat up at? Vote one of our choices in's "Days" poll, or add your personally picked combination in the comments below. Wed, 26 Nov 2014 08:00:00 GMT Days of Our Lives News - The Bold and the Beautiful - The Bold And The Beautiful Poll: Thanksgiving Turkey Wishbone. Make a wish. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving and many will be gathered at the Forrester Mansion to celebrate the holiday. With holidays come family traditions and some set aside the turkey's wishbone so two people can come together and make a wish. So the story goes… After the wish is made each person pulls the wishbone and whoever gets the larger part that person's wish supposedly will come true. If you could pair up two people to be at each end of the wishbone, who would they be? Vote in's "B&B" poll then share the wishes you think they'd make in the comment section below.
