Ethan thanks Jonathan's liver donor, complications arise for Little Ethan, Tabitha targets Noah and Fancy, Pretty declares war and Luis finds evidence of Marty.
Ethan eagerly waits to meet the boy who donated his liver to Jonathan. Theresa and Gwen try to get Ethan to leave before Little Ethan is wheeled out of surgery, but Ethan is insistent he meet the boy. Gwen tells Theresa that if Ethan figures out the boy is Little E, her entire family will die. Paloma and Theresa panic as the boy is wheeled out and Ethan stops the nurse so he can talk to him. Ethan doesn't recognize him though because Little E is wearing a surgical mask and cap, but Ethan is upset that the boy's parents aren't with him. The nurse starts to take Little E up to recovery and Theresa walks with them. Ethan asks why she's leaving with the child and Paloma explains that someone needs to be with the boy since his parents aren't. The nurse says no one can go with the boy right now anyway and takes the boy to recovery. Ethan comments what a great kid he is and hopes that his son turns out to be just like him. Ethan and Gwen go to check on Jonathan and Ethan tells Theresa if she meets the boy's parents to tell them how much he admires them and their son.
Paloma tells Theresa that she's doing the right thing by not telling Ethan the truth because Gwen and Rebecca will have them killed if she does. Theresa wonders why love has to be so difficult and Paloma tells her sister about finding Noah with Fancy. As they talk, the nurse comes back to tell Theresa that Little E needs her. Theresa thanks the nurse for keeping her secret and leaves to be with her son.
In Jonathan's room, the doctor tells Ethan and Gwen that there's always the possibility that Jonathan could reject the transplant. Gwen freaks out demanding to know if he'll die should that happen.
Theresa goes to Little E's room and his monitors go off. The nurse comes in and says he's running a fever and that it could be a sign that he's having complications from the surgery. The nurse notices Jonathan's catheter is showing signs of blood and runs to get the doctor.
In her kitchen, Tabitha wraps up a fruitcake as Kay walks in. Tabitha pours poison on the fruitcake cake and says she is going to become the baddest witch in the universe, as the cake turns green. Tabitha tells Kay it's a gift for Father Lonigan, but Kay bursts her bubble saying no one eats fruitcake anymore and zaps the cake away. Tabitha is angry, but Kay says that doing evil will not bring Endora and Miguel back. Suddenly a bunch of presents pop up that are from Endora and Kay wonders how she sent them from the dark side. Kay sees that some of the presents are from Miguel as well and Tabitha thinks that if the dark side sees all the gifts, they will think they're traitors. Tabitha zaps away the presents and Kay thinks all the evil she's performing isn't getting her anywhere. Tabitha insists it is and she looks for more mortals to harm. She looks into her bowl and sees Noah and Fancy and zaps them.
Noah sits on the wharf and Fancy walks up crying. She hugs Noah and tells him about Luis and Pretty and that her and Luis are over. Noah tells her that she has to forgive Luis just like Paloma forgave him for sleeping with her. They discuss how they ended up in bed together and all the weird stuff that happens in Harmony. Noah and Fancy are then zapped by Tabitha and they start to kiss, but try to fight it.
Tabitha is thrilled that she's manipulated Noah and Fancy again, but Kay notices that Noah and Fancy seem to be fighting back. Kay zaps them and they break apart. Tabitha is outraged and Kay gleefully says love has a power of its own.
Noah and Fancy note how weird that was, admitting that they wanted to kiss each other, but felt like they were betraying Luis and Paloma. Noah tells Fancy to reevaluate her feelings for Luis asking how she would feel if something awful happened and she could never see Luis again. Fancy admits she would die if could never see Luis again.
Tabitha watches Noah and Fancy and wonders why her powers didn't work. She decides to leave them alone for now, but then sees Paloma walking along the wharf. She thinks Paloma is the missing ingredient in her evil deed, but Kay prevents her spells from doing any harm.
As Noah continues to console Fancy, he gets a call and is thrilled. Fancy asks what's up and Noah tells her he got a job as a paramedic and now he and Paloma can get married. As Paloma walks along the wharf, she hears Noah's voice and thinks Noah will be surprised to see her there.
Tabitha distracts Kay and gets a good zap in. Noah and Fancy feel the effects, but try to fight the urge to kiss. They ultimately succumb to it as Paloma gets closer. Tabitha is giddy over the thought of Paloma catching them, but Kay throws her own spell, placing Paloma in Fancy's place. Paloma and Noah are confused to find themselves kissing each other, but chalk it up to the mysteries of Harmony. Noah tells Paloma about his new job and that he won't have to bartend anymore and they will be financially set.
Kay is thrilled she prevented Paloma from finding Noah with Fancy, just as Fancy pops in the kitchen. Confused, Fancy asks the witches how she got there.
Luis, Sheridan and Pretty hear Marty's voice and Sheridan demands that Luis go find him. Luis thinks it's a set up and wants to find Fancy instead. Sheridan is enraged that he is thinking about Fancy and not their son. Luis relents and agrees to look for Marty and takes off.
Pretty is all smiles and Sheridan asks what she's so happy about. Pretty says she got a rush breaking up a woman and her lover and asks her aunt, "Why didn't you tell me what a blast it is?" Sheridan just rolls her eyes. Sheridan and Luis communicate via speakerphone on their cells, as he searches for Marty. Pretty gushes over the sound of Luis's voice, but Sheridan tells Pretty she isn't even on his radar and that Luis will either end up with herself or Fancy. Pretty makes it clear that she isn't giving up and thinks the battle between the three of them will be great fun. Sheridan says she has a special bond with Luis over their son and once she gets Marty back she'll win. Pretty believes she has the upper hand because she thinks she's pregnant with Luis's child. Pretty calls Luis on Sheridan's phone and he says he's on his way back.
Luis comes back and says he didn't find Marty, but did find his coat. Sheridan sees blood on the collar and Luis says they don't know that it's Marty's blood for sure. Sheridan cries wondering if her son is alive.
