Jane and Jonathan go into surgery, Kay and Tabitha do more battle, Paloma dumps Noah, Sheridan revels in Fancy's indiscretion, Pretty makes her move on Luis and Pilar gets a call from Mexico.
Tabitha celebrates with pom poms and a cheer over Noah and Paloma’s destruction when Kay walks in. Tabitha tells Kay what she’s doing and Kay calls her an evil witch for destroying her brother’s life. Kay tells Tabitha to fix what she did, but Tabitha refuses. Kay zaps the magic bowl and Tabitha zaps back. The women continue to send spells back and forth until they are both dazed. They call a cease-fire and Kay says she’s going to tell Noah what’s really going on. Tabitha convinces her not to and hopes she has done enough for the dark side to send Miguel and Endora back. Kay continues to worry about Paloma and Noah while Tabitha reminds Kay why she is causing evil.
At the B&B, Fancy and Noah are confused as to why they are in bed together, as Paloma yells at Noah and Sheridan ridicules Fancy for sleeping with someone other than Luis. Noah and Fancy try to recall what happened and Paloma slaps Fancy. Paloma tells Fancy she thought they were friends and calls her an evil witch. Noah tells Paloma he loves her and Paloma asks why he’s with Fancy then. Noah says he can’t explain it anymore than he could explain what happened between them in the attic. Paloma cries and asks how he could do this to her. Noah tries to reason with Paloma, but she tells Fancy that she can have him because she doesn’t want him anymore. Paloma slaps Noah and says they are finished and leaves. Sheridan needles Fancy about Luis and asks if she was just using Luis to make Noah jealous so she could get him back. Fancy says of course not and Sheridan says that if Luis knew what Fancy was capable of from the start he never would have gotten involved with her and leaves.
In the warehouse, Alistair talks to Pretty and Luis via computer and tells Luis to sleep with Pretty or they will both die in that room. Luis says he won’t get Pretty pregnant and Alistair asks what’s one more bastard Lopez-Fitzgerald? The computer then goes dark and Alistair’s image is gone. Luis is distraught thinking that Sheridan is expecting him to bring Marty home and tells Pretty that his son is alive. Pretty is shocked and then says she thinks she’s going to be sick.
Pretty goes into another area of the warehouse and talks with Alistair. She asks him what he wants her to do next and he says to get pregnant. Pretty is surprised that he wants her to really sleep with Luis and Alistair asks, “How else are you going to get back at Fancy?” Alistair tells her she can’t disappoint him now after all he’s done for her. Pretty says it seems extreme and Alistair says that Cranes don’t worry about things like that and tells her he’s disgusted by her attitude. Pretty gives in and says she’ll do it.
Luis tries to find a way out and uses a crowbar to try and pry a wooden panel open. Alistair sees him and zaps an electric current that shocks Luis and knocks him out. Pretty and Alistair walk over to him as Luis starts to wake up and says Fancy’s name. Alistair tells Pretty to pretend she is Fancy. Pretty hesitates and Alistair tells her not to forget what her sister did to her. Alistair leaves and Pretty lies next to Luis and kisses him. Luis calls out Fancy’s name again and Pretty thinks to herself that she finally knows what it’s like to be wanted by a brave sexy man like Luis. She pulls Luis on top of her and Luis opens his eyes. He thinks she's Fancy and says she’s beautiful and continues to kiss her. Alistair watches from another room and thinks that once Luis gets Pretty pregnant, Fancy and Sheridan will be finished with him forever.
In Gwen’s hospital room, the doctor tells everyone that Jane is match for Jonathan. Ethan leaves with the doctor and Gwen tells Pilar and Theresa that there’s no need to tell Ethan the truth about Little Ethan now that Jane is a match. Theresa says, not so fast, Jane might not be able to donate her liver due the risks involved. Ethan returns and asks if Theresa is refusing to let Jane be the donor. Gwen says Jane has to be the donor because there’s no one else. Theresa says, “I wonder.” Ethan asks what Theresa means by that and Theresa says there must be someone on a donor list that could be a match for Jonathan and that she’s not necessarily going to let Jane be opened up to have part of her liver taken out. Ethan leaves to track the doctor down to get more information on the risks involved.
After Ethan leaves, Gwen becomes incredulous over the fact that Theresa would let Jonathan die. Theresa says she is worried about both Jonathan and Jane, but Gwen accuses her of using the situation to hold on to Ethan. A nurse comes in the room and tells Pilar she has a phone call from her sister Maria in Mexico. Pilar asks the nurse to take a message. Worried, Pilar asks Gwen if she and Rebecca exposed her. Gwen promises her that she didn’t out her to anyone in Mexico and Pilar leaves to call her sister.
Once alone, Theresa tells Gwen that the only reason she wouldn’t let Jane donate her liver is because it would put her life in danger. She urges Gwen to tell Ethan the truth just as Ethan walks in asking the truth about what? Gwen covers saying that Theresa is just upset that she’s pushing her to have Jane donate her liver. Ethan says he talked to the doctor and that there are always risks involved, but that Jane will most likely come out of it fine and not have any problems in the future. Theresa consents to the surgery and Ethan tells her she is the most amazing understanding woman in the world. Gwen thinks to herself, “Enjoy him while you can because sooner or later I will win him back.”
In another part of the hospital, Pilar calls Maria who tells her that someone from Pilar's past came to her asking questions and that her and her family could be in terrible danger. Pilar asks if it was Juanita and Maria says it was one of her people and that Juanita is using all her resources to track her down.
Theresa, Ethan and Gwen gather in a waiting room while Jonathan and Jane get prepped for surgery. Pilar comes into the room and tells Theresa that someone who knows about her secret has been asking about her whereabouts. Theresa asks what they should do and Pilar says all they can do is hope and pray they don’t find out where she is. Theresa thinks Gwen and Rebecca outed her and says she will stop the transplant right now. Pilar say they don’t know for sure and tells her not to do anything.
Pilar leaves and a nurse comes through the area and says that Jane is in dire straits. The doctor comes in the room and tells them that Jonathan is fine, but something happened to Jane during the surgery. Theresa says, “Jane is dead isn’t she?”

Alistair says to himself, “There’s no way out Luis. You’ll die in that room unless you impregnate Pretty.”
Pretty angrily says to Luis, “You just start molesting me?” And slaps him.
Theresa asks Gwen if she is willing to let her son die just to keep Ethan from learning the truth.
