Viki seems to have a nightmare, Alistair plots with Pretty, Rebecca begs her daughter to return, Eve and Julian lash out at Sheridan.

At the mansion, Esme and Fox bring Viki up to bed. 'Poor kid,' he says as he kisses her forehead and they tuck her in. Esme thanks him again for all of the help he's given them. Then she starts telling him about how her mother used to steal all of her boyfriends from her, even when they were still in bed with her (she would claim that she was sleepwalking). He can understand why she had to get away from her family. But now she has nothing except for Fox. She wonders where Fancy is. He tells her that she's likely with Luis. 'Oh yeah. He's not gay anymore,' she says. After they flirt a little, he offers her a nightcap. When he takes her by the hand and into the hallway, he pulls her into a kiss...and then another and then Viki suddenly wakes up, breathless and shaking. They rush back into the room and find her in a panic. He wonders if she heard them talking about her parents and had a nightmare. Esme tells her niece not to worry now that they have Fox to protect them. Viki starts to whisper to her aunt.

Fancy and Luis roll over to make love again. This makes him the happiest man on the planet and he promises that they'll always be together. He doesn't blame her for anything that has happened; she is the kindest, gentlest person he knows.

Watching this from outside, Pretty tells her grandfather that Fancy is crazy to pick Luis over him. He apologizes for calling her ugly before, but he was just so upset by the mess he found on his return to Harmony. She forgives him: She loves him and will do anything for him. He tells her that Fancy is now dead to him; her recent behavior is uglier than any scar. Pretty finds it hard to believe that he would accept her so suddenly, but hugs him close anyway. He's disgusted at her touch but hides it. He offers his granddaughter a chance for revenge but she is having a change of heart. Alistair tells her not to fall for her sister's act. 'Fancy needs to be punished,' he insists. After a moment, she agrees and smiles. He starts to whisper his plan in her ear before bringing her into one of his hidden rooms in the mansion. She's shocked to see this place. She's lived in the mansion her whole life and had no idea that there was anything like this. After asking him how many other secret places he has hidden away, he teases her, realizing that she's ludicrously naive. This all seems to be going over her head. She tells him that she doesn't know why everyone doesn't love him like she does. Smiling, he admits that he doesn't know that either. Then, he tells her that they have to work together to destroy her sister's happiness: It's only fair. He hands her his phone so that she can 'call the b*** that ruined her life.'

At the hospital, Theresa is excited as she starts to sense that Ethan may be waking up. Pilar walks out to search for a nurse or doctor but only finds Rebecca drifting around the waiting room. She tells her to crawl back under her rock but Rebecca reminds her that Theresa is not Ethan's real wife; she's still married to Alistair. Pilar defiantly points out that she has nothing on her daughter anymore. Ethan knows the truth now. Rebecca doubts that he really knows and is sure that he will hate Theresa when he wakes up. Pilar tells her that he will forgive her for everything. Once she finds a nurse, they go back and check on Ethan. His eyelids are twitching but he is not waking up yet. They should take hope that his vital signs are still good, the nurse says. Pilar is relieved that things are looking good, but her daughter is less optimistic. Ethan didn't hear her in Rome after all. Leaning down, Theresa tells Ethan that he has a son once again and begs him to forgive her. If he grips her hand, that signals that he truly does forgive her. He does. She is excited. This means the end of all secrets: She and Ethan can finally live happily ever after.

In the corridor, Rebecca keeps begging her daughter to come back and fight for Ethan. She still refuses; her new man is more important to her that Ethan. Gwen, in a rather bizarrely decorated place, prays that the man in her life will be okay. Her mother tells her that Theresa has told Ethan that he has a son. Gwen shakes her head: She's still not going anywhere. Her new man may not be rich, but he is 'priceless'. 'A sick boyfriend does not trump a comatose ex-husband,' Rebecca argues. Gwen will not be swayed however.

Eve and Julian are in the Blue Note getting drunk while they wait for news about Vincent. Eve blames Sheridan for everything. Drunk, she starts to rant about how fish and lobsters are now eating her son. Julian wishes that she would stop talking like this. She blames his family for everything that's happened to her family. Crying that she hates him, she collapses against his shoulders.

Standing by the cliff, Sheridan twists Spike's arm for information about where her son is. He tells her again that he survived the explosion but, before he can say more, they hear sirens approaching. Sam starts to call out as he searches for them. Momentarily distracted, Sheridan lets go and Spike runs off. When Sam and his men run up, she sends the cops off in the wrong direction and tells Sam that most of what happened was just a blur. 'It's not a blur to me!' Eve says as she and Julian come out of the woods. Eve wants Sheridan arrested for murder. When Sheridan tries to make an excuse, Eve cuts her off and accuses her again of letting Vincent die. Julian begins lashing out at his sister too until she admits that she only had the strength to save one of them and Spike claimed that he knew where her son was. 'You let my son die so that you could find your son?' Eve screams angrily before slapping Sheridan across the face. Sheridan runs off to search for Spike as Eve vows revenge.
