    Passions pre-empted on Labor Day

    Thursday, August 30 2007

    (Soaps.com)
Passions shall be pre-empted on Monday, September the 3rd (Labor Day). In its place, you can watch the PGA Golf's Deutsch Bank Championship, if you are so inclined. The show will return to its regular time on Tuesday.

And...just a reminder to Passions fans that next week is the last week that the show will be airing on NBC before its move to DIRECTV . After Friday, September the 7th, Passions will only be airing on DIRECTV . The new season is set to commence on September the 17th. There is still a glimmer of hope, however, for those who do not have access to DIRECTV : The network is reportedly making plans which would continue to make the show available online as it has been in the past on the NBC site. Nothing definite has been said so far, but, as soon as we have definite information, we shall let you know.

As a final note, Soaps.com will continue to cover Passions with daily updates after the move. Thanks to all the loyal readers who visit us everyday. We hope that you will continue to do so in the future.

I've had Direct TV for years, and am soooo happy that Passions is moving here! I've been watching Passions Live, and it is so great to listen to the actors talking about the show. I can survive a week without Passions. I will just bring out all my Passions DVD's that I recorded when it was on Sci Fi...I'm so happy I'll get to see Endora growing up. Can't wait to see what NEW characters will be there. Not to mention maybe a NEW Fox, who can actually act.

I have enjoyed the show very much, It was actualy my husband that got me hooked on the show. I'v watched it for at least 6 years now. I have tried to get Direct T.V. but with my obligation to my contract with another company I can no longer watch the show. Good luck to all the characters and I wish you all the best of luck for the future.
