New Role for Former Fox of Passions image

Justin Hartley (NBC)

Fans of the former Passions' Fox Crane, Justin Hartley, will be getting the chance to see a lot more of him soon. In addition to carrying on his popular turn as the Oliver Queen a.k.a. the Green Arrow on the CW's Smallville, Hartley has signed on for a new role at that network. He will be taking the part of Ben on the new series Eight Days A Week. The sitcom will follow four friends working demanding, yet low-paying, entry level jobs under the watchful eyes of their unbearable and eccentric bosses. The show stars fellow ex-soap star Mario Lopez (of B&B), Anna Chlumskey and Christina Milan. For additional information and to get scheduling details, please visit the show's official website here.

In addition to his busy schedule on the small screen, Mr Hartley has just completed work on the new Amber Tamblyn vehicle Spring Breakdown, in which he plays Todd. That film should be released early next year. This summer he may also be making a foray into independent films with a lead role as Tom in the thriller Red Canyon (he is still finalizing negotiations).

Hartley played the role of Fox Crane from 2002 until 2006 to wide delight. He is married to former Passions co-star Lindsay Korman (Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald Casey). They have a daughter named Isabella.
