Eve comes into a cubicle and sees Valerie who has come in to register the baby since Vincent can’t do it himself. Eve asks if she knows about Alistair and asks if she had anything to do with it. Valerie assures Eve neither she nor Vincent killed him. Ivy walks into Valerie’s cubicle and sees Julian’s baby and tells Eve that’s probably the last baby he’ll ever sire due to his new plumbing. Ivy tells Eve about Sheridan and leaves. Valerie is surprised and angry to hear she survived and tells Eve that Sheridan was supposed to die. Eve is outraged that Vincent tried to kill again and Valerie says if Vincent can’t kill her, then it’s up to her! Eve reminds her that she swore she wouldn’t kill again, but Valerie says Vincent promised, not her and tells Eve that Vincent wants to be the new Sheridan Crane.
Once Ivy returns and they are alone, Viki stabs Ivy in the back with the syringe and says, “That’s what you get for meddling lady!”
Are You Ready to Die?
At the hospital, Sam reads Julian his rights, as Eve thinks she can’t let Julian go to jail for Alistair’s murder since it was her idea in the first place. Esme and Viki burst in the room asking if Alistair is really dead and Julian says, “Absolutely and I’m the one who killed him.” Esme wants to make sure he’s really and truly dead and asks if they drove a stake through his heart. Ivy admonishes her for being so callous, as Esme rejoices over Alistair getting killed. Sam gets a call from the station and then takes the handcuffs off of Julian because the gun Julian shot Alistair with was filled with blanks. Julian wonders if it wasn’t him who mortally shot his father, who killed Alistair? Viki flashes back to sneaking into the room and shooting Alistair at the exact same moment Julian fired his gun. Sam says Alistair’s death is probably linked to Esme’s boyfriends’ deaths and Esme asks him for guards to protect her and Viki. Sam says they don’t have the manpower and Ivy suggests sending Viki to boarding school if she wants to protect her. Viki thinks to herself, “Keep your mouth shut lady; I still have my knife.” Ivy argues the case for boarding school and Esme thinks maybe she’s right. Sam says he feels helpless and wishes he could crack this case. Ivy wonders who will be murdered next, as Viki glares at her.
Let the Games Begin!
At the hospital, Kay and Tabitha try to figure out a way to save Harmony from the disaster that’s being unleashed. Sam and Ivy enter and Kay tells them Alistair has been shot and they think he’s dead.
In Alistair’s hospital room, Eve covers his body and tells Julian that Alistair is dead! Sam and Ivy enter the room and Eve and Julian say they found him like this and there was no saving him.
Alistair’s body is taken to the morgue and Ivy says she can’t believe he is really dead. Sam assures her Alistair is gone for good this time. He holds the gun that has been bagged for evidence and asks Eve and Julian what they know about Alistair being shot. Julian and Eve remain mum and Sam gets a call regarding the earthquake. While Sam attends to police business, Ivy tells Eve and Julian that Alistair deserved to die and says everyone would know they shot him in self-defense. She asks which one of them did it, but they insist it wasn’t them. Sam gets off the phone and again asks them who shot Alistair and why. When Eve and Julian remain quiet, Sam calls to find out who the gun is registered to. He learns that the gun belongs to T.C., but since he’s out of town, Eve is the only one who had access to it. Sam tells Eve she is his prime suspect in Alistair’s murder and reads Eve her rights. After Eve is handcuffed, Julian says he won’t let her do this, but Eve says she came here to kill Alistair and now he’s dead. She tells Julian, “I’ll be proud to be known as the woman who killed Alistair Crane.” Julian tells her he loves her with all his heart and he won’t let her go to jail for a crime she didn’t commit. Julian tells Sam he is the one who killed Alistair. Eve insists it was her, but Julian says he shot his own father. Ivy looks at Julian and says, “You really did it didn’t you? You killed Alistair.” Ivy tells Julian she’s never been more proud of him and Julian demands Sam arrest him!
The Mad Scientist Strikes Again!
In Julian's hospital room, Sam asks who stabbed him and Julian says Viki's name, but only because she is standing in the doorway. While everyone is relieved to hear he's not accusing Viki of the crime, Vincent notices Viki looked scared and he wants to find out why. Julian can't remember who attacked him, but is more concerned about his penis, especially since he has to go to the bathroom. Everyone leaves so Julian can pee, except for Eve and Vincent. Vincent (as the nurse) brings Julian a bedpan and helps him out of bed. They tell him to aim straight down, but Julian says, "I make no promises." It seems to be working, but then Vincent and Eve get sprayed by Julian. Sam, Ivy, Esme and Viki return and get sprayed as well. Julian stops peeing and asks if they all enjoyed the show. Eve sends everyone out of the room and since he's a "nurse" now, tells Vincent to stay behind and clean Julian and the room up.
Little Julian Is So Little!
At the hospital, Sam, Esme, Ivy and Eve try to open the door when they hear Julian scream. Sam breaks down the door and Viki hides. Everyone enters the room and sees Julian curled up in the fetal position. They ask what's wrong with him and he throws the covers off saying, "Little Julian is on backwards and Little Julian is really little!" Esme freaks out over the size of it and Julian demands to know who did this to him because he's going to kill him! Eve regretfully tells him it was her. Julian is stunned and demands to know why she did this to him. Esme pipes in saying they can make his penis bigger because she gets emails all the time about enlarging the male organ, but Julian doesn't want to hear it. Eve says it was an accident and Ivy suggests she did it on purpose. Everyone questions Eve's motives and Julian wants to know if this was revenge for him sleeping with Esme and Ivy. Eve defends herself, but Julian is distraught. As everyone gangs up on Eve, Vincent (dressed as the nurse) says she can tell everyone exactly why Eve put Julian back the way she did. Still hiding in the corner, Viki thinks she needs to make her escape and sneaks out of the room. Vincent/nurse says it wasn't Eve's fault because everything happened so fast and they didn't realize someone in technology reversed the images on the screen during surgery, so they couldn't tell his penis was upside down. Vincent/nurse says Eve saved his life, but Julian still blames Eve for the mistake.
Esme comes back in the room as Eve talks about reconstructing Julian's penis with another surgery. Julian fearfully asks, "You're going to slice Little Julian off again?" Esme is all for it if that means Little Julian is returned to his normal size and Julian wonders when he'll be able to make love again. Eve doesn't know and Julian grows faint. Vincent privately asks Eve if she can really fix Julian's problem and Eve says she hopes so. Sam questions Julian about who attacked him in the mausoleum and Julian tries to remember. Viki stands in the hallway and thinks if he says it was her, she'll go to jail forever. Sam again asks if Julian saw who attacked him, but Julian just says he can't be sure what happened. Sam encourages him to try and remember and Viki wonders if Julian actually saw her face. Suddenly, Julian says Viki's name.
Follow Your Heart.
It's a new day in Harmony and Esme sits in the waiting room with Viki worrying about Julian. Viki asks if Esme is any closer to adopting her and Esme says she's been too worried about Julian to think about it. Viki thinks that even in a coma, Julian is taking Esme away from her. Sam and Ivy arrive, because Sam wants to question Julian in order to find out who has been attacking all Esme's boyfriends. Esme wonders what kind of sick freak would cut off a man's penis and Viki thinks she's not a freak, she just wants to keep Esme all to herself.
