There is Finally Harmony in Harmony.

    Thursday, August 07 2008

Theresa hooks up the camera to the TV so everyone can see and hear Gwen and Rebecca confessing their crimes. Everyone watches in shock and anger, as Gwen and Rebecca stand there in horror. After it’s over Ethan angrily turns the camera off and lashes out at Gwen. Ivy, Paloma and Sheridan also take turns yelling at the Hotchkiss women while they try to defend themselves. Ethan is disgusted with Gwen, but she says the tape is a fake. She blames Little Ethan for editing various conversations between Gwen and Rebecca to make it look like they said those things. Little E says he couldn’t have messed with it because it was taped right after the footage of Kay and Miguel getting married. Sam says he’s right and police skills must run in the family. Ethan believes his son and Theresa happily hugs Ethan and Little E. Sam congratulates Theresa and Ethan, as Noah welcomes Little E to the family and Ivy apologizes to Theresa for not believing her for all these years. She says she realizes Theresa loves Ethan more than her own life and she welcomes her to the family. Theresa promises to be good to Ethan and Ivy says she believes her. Theresa asks Ethan if they are really going to be together and Ethan says they will be a family with Little E, Jane and even Jonathan. He tells a shocked Gwen that she is an unfit mother and he will not let her raise their son. Theresa says after all these years her dream has finally come true. Ethan smiles and enthusiastically plants a kiss on her. Gwen isn’t ready to give up and points out that Theresa lied to him too regarding Little Ethan. Theresa defends herself and Gwen continues her tirade, but Sam and Luis stop her by handcuffing both her and Rebecca. Rebecca doesn’t put up a fight and requests a strip search, but Gwen says they can’t arrest them for what happened in Mexico because it is out of their jurisdiction. Sam counters that he will detain her until the D.A. reviews her involvement with Juanita and her plans to blow up the church. Ethan tells Gwen she just got her answer as to why he chose Theresa. Frustrated, Gwen spits out, “Damn it!”

As Theresa walks down the aisle Fancy tells Luis that she’s pregnant. Luis is thrilled and Sheridan tells Antonio that will be them some day. Noah comments to Paloma that they will wait to have babies until they have more money, but Paloma tells him she’s pregnant too. Eve tells Julian there’s finally harmony in Harmony. Julian says all is quiet on every front and sadly looks down at his lap and says, "A little too quiet." Kay and Miguel tell him that everyone knows what happened and Kay offers to fix it. Julian and Eve say they would be most grateful and Kay takes his hand and magically corrects his “member” much to Eve and Julian’s delight.

Even a Blind Man Saw This Coming!

    Tuesday, July 29 2008

Paloma goes to meet Kay for a last minute touch up before her wedding to Noah, but she opens a door to the guys’ room where Noah and Miguel are half dressed. They explain that they had to switch pants because Noah’s didn’t fit right and then Paloma freaks out because Noah is seeing her in her dress before the ceremony. Noah says it’s not bad luck, but Paloma thinks they are doomed as a couple. Paloma considers calling off the wedding, but Miguel, Kay and Noah convince her otherwise. Noah says if there is any couple who can prove superstition wrong it’s them because they are going to have a wonderful life together. Kay offers to take Paloma to the bride’s room to freshen her makeup and Noah tells her how beautiful she is and reassures her their wedding, honeymoon and life will be perfect.

Back in the groom’s room, Noah asks if they are okay and Paloma says their love is stronger than a silly superstition. Pilar enters and tells them what’s happening and they all leave to get Noah and Paloma married. Noah says seeing Paloma before the ceremony wasn’t bad luck at all, because marrying Paloma sooner is a stroke of fortune.

Noah and Paloma’s wedding begins with Luis walking her down the aisle. Antonio can’t believe Paloma is all grown up and can’t wait to catch up with her. He wishes that Theresa were there and Pilar thinks maybe since he came back from the dead, Theresa could too. Antonio notices that Gertrude looks familiar, but before he can ask too many questions, Pilar directs their attention towards the ceremony. As Noah and Paloma say their vows, Theresa wishes she could be at the altar with Ethan.

Ethan, Sam and Ivy arrive just in time to see Noah kiss the bride. Pilar wishes her sister Maria had lived to see the woman she raised be so happy. Sam can’t believe his wild son settled down, but notes that Paloma was a good influence on him. Ivy thinks true love changes everything and everyone lucky enough to find it. Ethan looks at Gertrude and thinks his true love is dead. He wonders if because Gertrude reminds him so much of Theresa that they are one in the same to him. Pilar tells Theresa to stop staring at Ethan because it could have deadly consequences for their family. Theresa just wants to be a family with Ethan and their kids and Pilar thinks in time Theresa will find another man to love. Theresa says she loved Jared and Fox, but she never loved them the way she loves Ethan. She says Gwen is the reason she’s not with Ethan, not Juanita.

    I've Finally Solved a Case!

    Monday, July 14 2008

Noah and Paloma wake up and climb off the ground with Gwen. Ivy wakes up Sam. They find Eve and Julian and recount being poisoned. Sam assumes that someone must have delivered the anecdote and revived them all. Across the room, Sheridan crawls the floor to Luis. He wakes and stares at Fancy. They cling to each other as Sheridan watches sadly. Sam and Ivy bring them water. "That was a terrible end to your rehearsal," Ivy says to her daughter. Luis turns to Sheridan and thanks her for saving Fancy's life. Tonight he's realized what's really important. She takes his hand and gets excited but her hopes are dashed when he tells her that her friendship means everything to him. "Smaller people might have held a grudge after all we've been through," he says. She forces a smile. Sam breaks them up so Luis can help him arrest Vincent. Sheridan starts to choke on her tears.

In the basement, Juanita and her henchman cling to the bomb as the ground shakes. He starts to pray. Once the quake stops, Juanita dresses up as a nun and goes upstairs. She hands out water and listens to Paloma and her mother worry. Noah says that the chapel will be okay and the weddings can go ahead. Juanita listens and thinks to herself: "Soon my family can finally rest in peace and yours will lay in pieces." Pilar suddenly remarks on how familiar she looks and asks if they've met before. Juanita insists they haven't. Pilar thanks her for her help and wishes her a good night. "I only helped you tonight so I can kill you tomorrow," Juanita sneers to herself. Pilar walks over to Theresa. She has no hope. "I will never feel joy again. Tomorrow will come for everyone but me," she says.

    What Would Julia Child do?

    Wednesday, July 02 2008

Upstairs, Sam stands at the altar, standing in for Father Lonigan. Noah and Paloma rehearse their vows while Pilar and Ivy watch. They admire the love the children have. Pilar misses the days when she was that much in love and wonders if her daughter will ever be with the man she loves. Across the room, Gwen and Ethan smile and embrace as they think about starting their new life together. Pilar watches them and worries about where Gwen might have sent Theresa.

With Paloma and Noah, Pilar goes down to the basement and hear Gertrude gasping in a locked room. They try to open the door without luck. Smelling the gas leak, Pilar starts to panic even more. They get Noah to break the door down. Rushing in, they find Gertrude unconscious on the floor. "Save her! Save my daughter!" Pilar begs. A baffled Noah looks at her before giving Gertrude mouth to mouth. She starts to cough as she wakes. "You called her your daughter. I get it. Theresa is alive," Noah says. Unfortunately for them, Juanita and her henchman are standing around the corner eavesdropping at the time, but they have some difficulty hearing. Pilar starts making excuses to cover, insisting that Gertrude is just "like a daughter". Noah accepts this. The women ask him to take the dead rat away. Gertrude is groggy and they help her out. As they all head upstairs, Juanita and her henchman prepare to set their bomb.
