Fancy is in Danger

Luis calls Fancy again. All he gets is her voice mail. He questions Paloma about everything Fancy said to her.

Fancy lies unconscious on the floor of a mine shaft. Spike picks up her ringing cell phone. "I'm sorry, I'm Fancy, and I can't come to the phone right now, because I'm dead."

Luis has police searching the estate and checking the security cameras for Fancy. He wonders how she got tipped off about the killer in the first place. No one suspects it was James.

The police have gone over the security tapes and combed the grounds. There is no sign of Fancy or the man she was chasing. Sheridan tells Luis to stop shooting those accusing looks at Chris. Luis warns Sheridan that he better not find out Chris had something to do with Fancy's disappearance. Sheridan professes to Chris her belief in his innocence, regardless of how Luis tries to tear him down,.

Luisputs out an A.P.B. for her. In the meantime, he hopes she calls for backup. Luis knows Fancy is in trouble. No matter how many rules she make break, she always followed the cardinal one—check in. No one has heard a word from her.

Luis can't wait for the search team to find her. He is going out to find her. It was his fault she was involved. He looks at Chris. "So help me, god, if anything happens to her –"

Harmony's Halloween Monsters

Fancy asks James if he knows the name of the man he saw hurt his father. James looks out the window of the mansion and points. "There he is." It's Spike lighting up a cigarette. His back is to Fancy so she can't see his face. She's wills him to turn around. Spike sees her and runs away. Fancy wants to chase after him but she can't leave James alone. Luckily, Paloma arrives. Fancy asks her to watch James while she goes after the man who killed Phyllis. Paloma tries to stop her but Fancy doesn't listen.

Spike hides from Fancy in some bushes. She stops nearby. Spike throws a rock to trick her. Fancy hears the noise and turns her back to Spike. He creeps up behind her. He is about to make his move when two teens show up. He dives for cover. Fancy asks the boys if they have seen a man. They have been enjoying Halloween too much to notice anyone. The boys run off. Spike looses his balance and makes the bushes move. Fancy sees him running away. "Freeze! You are not getting away from me!"

Sheridan is angry that Luis suspects her husband of murder. Who is he to judge Chris especially since he dated Beth the lunatic. Luis says at least he didn't marry a murderer. Sheridan hauls off and slaps him. Chris walks in and witness it.. "What's going on? Sheridan informs him that Luis plans to arrest him for Phyllis' murder. That is absurd. He didn't murder Phyllis. What evidence does Luis have? Sheridan believes the only evidence Luis needs is their marriage certificate. Luis would do anything to tear Chris down in her eyes.

Luis is just doing his job. He asks Chris to come down to the station for questioning. Sheridan tells Luis that Chris was on the witness protection program for helping the FBI. Why would he get involved with something illegal, let alone her father. Chris reacts to the mention of Sheridan's father. She is sad that Luis believes no man would marry her unless her father paid them. Luis says she's putting words in his mouth. Sheridan states Chris had nothing to do with her father. If she believed he did, she would not have married him. Chris agrees Luis has it in for him because he is jealous of him being in Sheridan's bed.

Terrible Triangle Tangle

Inside the police station, Sam apologizes to his son for arresting him. Noah understands he did what he had to do as chief of police. Paloma wants to go after Spike now. Sam drops the news that both Spike and Jessica moved out of the house. He doesn't know where they are or even worse, what they're doing.

Noah is outraged. Paloma is frustrated. Sam has taken precautions to have them followed. He is certain Spike has something on her to keep her under his thumb. Paloma's mind goes back when she discovered Jessica's secret. She remembers the blood-smeared knife and Jessica's confession.

Spike and Jessica are on the back streets of Harmony. Jessica is in her working clothes. Spike is pimping her to whoever will pay. Jessica doesn't want to turn any more tricks and begs Spike not to make her. Spike threatens to tell her father how she murdered the johns if she doesn't. Spike yanks her to make her focus. It's either the gas chamber or prostitution. He sees two potential customers and sends Jessica over to them.

Sam, Paloma and Noah show up just as Spike is paid by Jessica's johns for services rendered. Sam calls out his daughter's name. Spike and Jessica look across at them. Spike rubs it in their face about what Jessica was doing. Jessica looks pained and helpless.

Temptation and True Love.

Spike and Noah are fighting in Sam's house. Sam returns with Ivy just in time to pull Noah off Spike. Sam repeats his request that Jessica seek therapy. He has a number of a doctor she can see.

Spike won't have it. Not only is his wife not going anywhere, he wants Noah arrested for assaulting him. He claims Noah attacked him without provocation. Sam was not in the room when it happened. He asks Jessica if it was the other way around, did Spike provoke Noah. Jessica lies and says no.

Paloma begs Jessica not to send her own brother to jail. Sam asks Paloma if it is true. Paloma answers the provocation was not physical. That leaves Sam no choice. He orders Paloma to arrest Noah. Simone begs Jessica to stop the arrest. Spike demands that she not talk to his wife anymore. Simone leaves for the police station.

Sam tells Spike it isn't over. Spike gives him the news that the two of them are moving out of his house, forever. It's also news to Jessica. They leave after much protests from Sam and Ivy.

As they leave, Jessica asks Spike how are they going to live now. They have no money. Spike informs her that she is "gonna have to work the streets again."

It is very sad. It's pouring down rain. Sam stands in the rain, watching his little girl go with a thug. He prays for answers.

From his jail cell, Noah expresses murderous thoughts toward Spike. Paloma warns him not say it aloud. Noah compliments her as a cadet. Paloma gets him to take off his wet shirt. She enjoys the view. Paloma thanks Noah for what he did for Jessica. The two discuss the situation with Jessica. Simone has joined them at the station. She notices Paloma flirting and eyeing Noah and calls her on it. Paloma admits to the attraction.
Simone thinks he's too old for her. Paloma thinks he is just right.

Theresa sees J.T. for herself

Spike stands in Sam's living room. He has interrupted Jessica's intervention. All he wants to know is what has her family done to her. Noah and Sam order him to get out of their house. Simone and Paloma stand behind Jessica's decision, too. Sam tells Spike that Jessica is against him too.

Spike asks Jessica if she is going to testify against him. He tells her if she wants to testify, then they will both testify. Jessica knows what that means. Spike is threatening to tell about her and the dead johns. Sam encourages her not to be afraid of whatever Spike is using against her. Spike accuses Sam of brainwashing Jessica. Noah thinks that's rich coming from the premiere brainwasher. Spike's subtle threats work. Jessica backs down. Sam begs her not to go back to Spike but Jessica is too afraid.

As her family watch in horror, Jessica retreats completely. She apologizes to Spike. She disavows that Spike has been beating her. Simone shows Spike Jessica's scars from her cutting herself. "This is the real proof of how Jessica feels." Sam concedes that he can't make her leave Spike but he wants her to see a therapist about the cutting. Spike won't let his wife do therapy. Any problem she has, Spike is going to take care of them. Spike goads Noah and Noah ends up punching him. Spike punches back. Spike beats the mess out of Noah as the women scream.

Busted!

At Jessica's, Paloma, Simone and Jessica watch the porn tape on the news. Paloma worries Pilar will freak if she sees it. Jessica wonders how Noah will take it. Paloma knows it had something to do with the sting operation Luis was involved in. She explains what she knows and about Fancy's part, too. Spike comes in. He gets a good laugh when he sees the two on TV.

"Stinking hypocrites," Spike says. Porno is one thing he wouldn't do. Paloma defends Luis. Spike suggests that he and Jessica make one too. Paloma and Simone have had enough and decide to leave for the station to give Luis and Fancy moral support. Jessica tries to join her friends but Spike wants her to stay with him. She says no. He smacks her and knocks her down.

Paloma and Simone rush to Jessica's side. Spike says he didn't hit her. Simone tells him has to stop abusing Jessica. He claims that heterosexual like it rough. Paloma responds that she likes men but she doesn't like men that hit women. She advises Jessica to get away from him and press charges against him.

Spike orders Jessica to tell them she would never press charges against him and for her friends not to either. If they do, he will tell the police about her part in the murders of the dead johns. She complies. He tells Simone and Paloma to stay away from his wife or Jessica will suffer the consequences.

Death and J.T. are coming to Harmony

Luis has been assigned to go undercover. Fancy wants to help. Luis refuses. No way. It's too dangerous. Paloma explains to Luis they are just interested in what he's doing. Nothing else. He feels okay enough to share with them the details of the undercover job. A mobster has just moved to Harmony and he is trying to move his illegal operations into town. The feds have set Luis up to infiltrate the mobster's operations.

Fancy worries about him. That prompts him to tell her that's why they need to keep their distance. He doesn't want her to worry about him. Against his advice, Fancy takes this personally. She doesn't understand then why he said there was a chance of them getting closer. Luis reassures her that could still happen if she is patient but they must play by the rules. Besides, the feds have his back at the club.
