Cris wakes up wondering why Layla hasn't walked her dog yet then talks to the dog about how Fish's bed hasn't been slept in, thinking that Layla kicked him out!
Still in bed, after spending the night together, Layla and Fish bask in the afterglow of their lovemaking. Fish briefly thinks back to Cris' warning then tells Layla, "I'm such a changed man when I'm with you."
When Cris arrives back, Layla thanks him for taking her dog out - and for staying out late. Cris then finds out that Layla and Fish had sex and says, "That's impossible! Because Fish is," but Fish appears and interrupts, "Because I'm what?"
After Layla heads to the shower, Cris lashes out at Fish for not telling Layla the truth! Fish claims that he's not gay, and that he only experimented in college, but Cris warns that if he hurts Layla Fish will answer to him! Layla rejoins them, and Cris heads to his room, leaving Fish to explain that Cris is just looking out for her. Layla thinks back to Fish needing to tell her something, and suggests he tell her now before they get any deeper, then Fish replies, "Yeah, there's something you should know, and this is probably going to freak you out… If we keep going the way we keep going, maybe we could have a future."
Rex arrives at Capricorn, hands Blair a file on Tea then informs her that Tea's hiding something - and says there are no records of Tea after she left the shipwrecked island with Ross. "It's like Tea Delgado ceased to exist," Rex explains then says the next time she surfaced was when she showed up in Llanview to defend Ray Montez. Blair wonders what Tea was doing during that missing time - and wonders what she was hiding from! Blair vows to find out, so she can bring Tea down - and Todd right along with her! Over talk about Ross, Rex says he vanished as well but promises Blair he'll continue to look deeper into Tea and Ross' past.
Later, Cris arrives to work and wonders to Blair why he's trying to break up a seemingly happy couple, leaving Blair to look at the file on Tea.
At Rodie's, Todd orders Gigi not to interrupt his meeting, demands she turn off the music then briefly calls Tea, who asks if Todd's new lawyer is anyone she knows. Todd claims he's still interviewing then hangs up when Elijah arrives! Before Todd hires him, he makes Elijah assure him that Tea will never know that he's his lawyer! On Elijah's way out, he gets a call and tells the caller, "You'll never guess who just hired me, Manning."
Jack joins Todd, who explains that he hired a new lawyer, so he can move out from under his mother's thumb. Todd assures Jack that he's fighting for custody for him then Jack brings up the cabana - and questions Todd about his feelings for Tea! Jack likes Tea's 'cupcakes', and the new Todd, then begs his father to make it work with Tea!

As Roxy asks her to tell Rex and her only grandchild that she misses them, Gigi informs her about Stacy's pregnancy, leading Roxy to blame herself - for going along with Stacy's lies! Over talk of the situation, Roxy assures Gigi that Rex is in love with her, and they both agree not to let Stacy win!
Just as Roxy asks Gigi to find out if Rex is ever going to forgive her, Rex appears and says, "Ask him yourself."
Bo meets Nora at the courthouse, and they end up in a tiff with Tea over the blackmail of their kiss. As Tea claims that Bo and Nora are keeping the truth from Clint because they still have feelings for each other, Nora wonders if Tea has any dirty laundry herself - and promises if they find it, they'll use it against her too! As Tea thinks back to Elijah's threats, he arrives and asks for a moment with Tea.
Once alone, Elijah says, "Drop the case, or you risk everyone finding out the truth." Tea warns Elijah not to threaten her, claiming he knows nothing about her, but Elijah asks, "You sure about that?" Elijah makes it clear that her secret may not have any effect on Matthew but it will on her relationship with Todd Manning!
Outside the courtroom, Nora worries that Tea is going to reveal their kiss and wonders how to tell Clint, but Bo doesn't think Tea will spill the goods - and convinces Nora to let sleeping dogs lie. Though Nora worried about her future minutes before the wedding, she admits she's happy with Clint, and Bo agrees that she looked happy at the wedding. However, they are both stunned to hear that each of them almost stopped the wedding!
