Kirk agrees to the charges against him, Antonio forgives Cristian, Blair still has reservations about Starr & Cole but Marty seems to be okay with their relationship...

At the hospital, Jessica wakes up to find Nash sleeping by her side. Just then, Viki arrives with Bree causing Jessica to demand to go home today! Although Viki and Nash think it's too soon, Jessica insists on leaving the hospital. Just then, Paige shows up to examine Jess and Viki, Nash and Bree wait outside. In the hallway, although Viki fears for Jessica's recovery - and suggests she come home to Llanfair - Nash says, "She's coming home with me. Where she belongs." Paige breaks up Nash and Viki's argument and calls them back into Jessica's room to say, "Jessica can go home." While Jessica can't wait to go home, she says, "There is something I need to do before I can go."

In Antonio's room, while Antonio is thanking Talia for being there, Cris walks in and demands, "I want my brother back and I'm not leaving here until I get him." Before Talia leaves, she tells Antonio to cut Cris some slack by saying, "He's been here by your side." After talking through their differences, Antonio forgives Cris…

Just as Cris leaves, Jessica and Bree come in. "What do you want?" Antonio asks, and Jess replies, "I just wanted to tell you we're going home now." When Jessica says she wanted Antonio to see Bree, through tears, Antonio touches Bree's finger then says, "Bye hija." (Daughter) After Jessica promises she won't let Bree forget him, wishes Antonio health and happiness then says, "I hope you find it in your heart to forgive me." Suddenly, Nash interrupts and says, "The release papers are ready for you to sign." With one last goodbye, Nash leads Jessica out of the room.
At home, when Marty asks Cole if he had fun at prom, Cole says, "It was the best time of my life. Starr and I got back together." At Marty's protest, Cole says, "If you can marry Miles, I can be with Starr." Cole pleads his case and says, "We've learned from Mr. Manning's mistakes. Please, Mom, don't get in the way of us."

At Dorian's, Blair sees Starr's crown and boosts with excitement by saying, "Tell me! Don't leave out one detail!" Just then, Cole and Marty show up and Starr announces, "Cole and me want to be together, so we are." Although Marty urges Blair to listen to Starr and Cole, Blair isn't as sold on the idea as Marty is. Blair turns the conversation on Marty and accuses her of being in cahoots with Miles regarding Todd's disappearance. "Starr," Blair says. "You are not allowed to see Cole, and that's final!" However, before stomping up the stairs, Starr screams, "I'm through listening to you!" After Cole and Marty leave, no matter what Blair says, Starr reveals that Cole was going to help them find Todd then warns, "You are not going to keep Cole and me apart. Never!"

As John is going over the Truman case, he's annoyed to hear - and see - David performing a morning workout in his living room! As David rants about Marty killing Spencer, John warns David to stay out of it then threatens to through him back in jail! Through more talk of Marty, David asks, "You're hot for her, aren't you?" While John refuses to further the conversation with David, he thinks back to past conversations with Marty then leaves…

When Rex arrives at Adriana's and finds her in a towel - with Tate there - he screams, "You slept with this son of a racist!" As Adriana says, "He slept on the couch," Layla and Vincent show up and want an explanation too! Although everyone throws blame at Tate for what his father did, Adriana sticks up for him and says, "Stop judging him for something he can't control!" After Tate assures them he'll have nothing to do with his father if he's guilty, everyone leaves for court - with their suspicions intact!

In court, Nora tells Bo she's going for the max and plans to put Kirk away! However, Bo states, "I hope he's the right man." Just then, Lindsey arrives and tells Bo she's opening the Real American exhibit for real! "Can you wait on that?" Bo asks. "I just want to be sure we've caught this guy."

After Kirk is brought into court, he turns and discreetly winks at Tate - who nods. As Nora reads the charges against Kirk, he accepts them all and once again turns to Tate. When Kirk pleads no contest, Tate turns pale and appears to be filled with grief. Hoping the nightmare is over, Adriana promises to see Tate through this. Before Tate leaves, Kirk calls out to him and says, "I love you, son, and I always will." Leaning in close, Kirk whispers, "I'll take this to the grave. No one will ever know it was you…"
