After hearing Clint picked Dorian, Viki warns that their relationship is damaged forever, Starr lets Britney have it, and Nash prepares to bid Llanview farewell...

In John's office, Marty calls Cole and leaves an apology on his voicemail. After she hangs up, John says, "Just give him a couple of hours to calm down." However, Marty says sadly, "Cole is right, I don't have a clue who my son is." When Marty hears that Cole confided in John, she cries, "What is it you're doing that I'm not?" John explains what happened at the gym, then shows Marty the letter he wrote for Cole. Desperate to know how to be there for her son, Marty asks John, "Can you help? Can you tell me what to do next?" John says he knows nothing about parenting, "Nor do I want to. But Cole's going to be okay… because of you." Wanting to thank him for what he did for Cole, Marty offers to buy John a beer and he agrees!

At the school, Cole tells Marcie he has no interest in the school musical, "I don't sing or dance, plus I'm going out for baseball." When Marcie reminds him about the letter of recommendation he needs, Cole finally decides to audition!

Out in the hall, Starr overhears Britney purposely say, "Looks like Cole is going to need someone to take care of him now that Starr dumped him." Starr calmly replies, "If you want Cole, you can have him. I want to see him shoot you down!" Just as Starr reminds Britney that everyone hates her, a fellow student named Henry rushes to Britney's side and says, "Not everyone!" When Britney takes a cheap shot and calls Starr's daddy a rapist, Starr slaps her across the face!
Marcie hears the commotion and goes out into the hallway. After Starr leaves - and Marcie announces that Cole is auditioning for the musical - Britney decides to too! Around the corner, just as Starr tells Langston she wants to leave before she runs into Cole, Cole appears before her! Although Cole tries to talk, Starr blows him off. Later, seeing that Britney signed up for the musical, Langston signs Starr's name on the sign-up sheet!
At the diner, while Jamie, Cris, Antonio and Carlotta can't wait to 'officially become a family,' Jessica appears torn. After Jessica presents Jamie with a bracelet - with Kari's name on it - Jamie gives her a collage containing pictures of Jamie, Bree, Jess and Antonio.

When alone, Cris asks Jess, "The pictures looks like a happy family. Are you happy, Jess? Do they make you happy or is Nash the only one who can do that? Why would you put Kari's name on that bracelet?" Jessica explains that she wanted to do something nice for Jamie, "I love my husband and that little girl!" However, Cris reminds her, "I know you. You're either having an affair with Nash or you want to have one. Which one is it?" Jessica cries, "I told Nash he's hurting me and he's leaving Llanview. Now will you leave me alone?" Cris is shocked that Nash is leaving, then apologizes to Jessica just as Antonio, Jamie and Carlotta rejoin them. Antonio says, "It's time. Lets go to court to become a family."
At Llanfair, although Natalie tells Viki to stay home and tend to her headache, Viki refuses, "I'm not going to become a hermit so that I don't run into your father." When asked if she's going to hide from John, Natalie admits that if she could, she would, "But I've wasted too much time. I need to figure out what to do for the rest of my life." Viki can relate and talk about Clint, "He made his choice and he can have Dorian." Just as Natalie calls Clint an idiot, "One day he'll realizes what a mistake he made," Clint walks through the door and asks, "Can the idiot have a cup of coffee?" After Natalie excuses herself, Viki tells Clint that despite he's plan to go to the courthouse together, she'll be driving herself! When Clint claims he's worried about her, Viki snaps and says, "Our days of being friends again are over, and that is your doing!" Although Clint says he never meant to hurt her, Viki demands he get out!

Over a drink at Rodie's, Nash tells Rex that he's leaving Llanview, "Going as far away as I can get from here." When asked why he's leaving, Nash says, "I'm looking out for someone else." Rex reads between the lines and says, "I hope what you're doing doesn't do more harm for Jessica." Although Rex tries to give Nash reasons to stay, Bree, Nash says, "I'm close to becoming the drunk biological father. I'm doing this for her. It's not forever, I'll be back." Rex asks, "What's it feel like to lose everything?" Nash makes up his mind and leaves Rodie's with plans of leaving Llanview behind!

In the courtroom, RJ talks to Dorian about his displeasure of Jessica adopting Jamie. When Dorian defends Jessica and the Buchanan's, RJ accuses, "You didn't come over here for me. You're here because you have your hooks in Clint Buchanan." Dorian snaps at RJ and says, "It would be nice if my dear friend could be happy for me!" RJ agrees if she's happy, he's happy, but warns Dorian it won't be an easy task getting the Buchanan's to accept her. Just then, Antonio and Jessica arrive and RJ kindly tells Jessica that Kari would understand, "You better take care of her little girl." When Clint arrives, he's shocked to see Dorian there, but isn't upset. Viki strolls in shortly after and snubs off Dorian's, "Congratulations."

Standing before the judge, Antonio asks Jessica, "Ready," and she replies, "I've been ready for days." When the judge asks Jessica if it's her desire to adopt Jamie Vega, through tears, Jessica says, "No, I'm sorry. I can't do this."
