John gives Michael & Rex a warning: No matter what the secrets, they always manage to come out...

At Dorian's, when Blair tells her about Todd and Evangeline's kiss, Starr overhears and questions it. Blair explains that Todd admitted it to her but says that she doesn't think Todd and Evangeline are serious. Blair goes on to say that Todd turned to Evangeline after finding out the baby he had with Margaret was dead. Clearly upset, Starr blames Blair for everything that has happened, then calls her mother a 'witch.' Starr storms out.

At the penthouse, after her massage, when Todd tells Evangeline she's beautiful, she accuses Todd of trying to seduce her to get over Blair, "I am not sleeping with you." After Todd claims that he doesn't want to sleep with her, Evangeline says, "Yes, you do," then goes on to say she refuses to be hurt again and that she loves Cris. "If you still want Cris, then why are you here?" Todd asks. Evangeline explains that Cris doesn't want anything to do with her and Todd laughs saying, "We should start a club." Leaning in close, Todd tells her to stop thinking about all the people who have hurt them and to concentrate on what's in front of them. Todd takes Evangeline in his arms. Just when it seems that they're going to kiss, Starr enters the penthouse! Despite Evangeline's pleas that it's 'not what it looks like,' - bathrobe and all - Starr says, "How could you cheat on mom like this?"

After seeing Starr's reaction, Evangeline tells Todd that they can't do 'this.' However, he reminds her of the relaxing time she had with him and says, "I feel so good when I'm with you. I want to be with you more." Not wanting to regret a minute of their day together, Evangeline decides to leave. However, before going, she says, "That kiss in the elevator, it was… Never mind…"

At the station, John darts out, just as Natalie comes in. Wanting to leave a message for John, Miles goes to Natalie's desk, sees Natalie's nameplate and introduces himself as the brother of her ex-husband, Mitch Laurence. Natalie lashes out at Miles for his brother and for siding with Spencer Truman. When Miles says he's there to make sure nothing is swept under the rug in Spencer's murder case, Natalie says, "I guess you don't know John McBain." After Miles explains more about his childhood, Natalie softens up a bit.

When John goes to the cell, Rex and Michael tell him that they both figured out that neither of them killed Spencer. John has the cell opened, then says, "You're free to go." However, Rex and Michael want to know what's going on. John accuses them of hiding something and says, "I think it has something to do with Tommy." John won't elaborate - neither with Michael - and Rex and Michael leave.

While Marcie is on the phone with a lawyer, Cole shows up. Although Cole thinks Marcie wanted to talk about the midterm he failed, she surprises him by saying that she knows Cole was there with Starr while she was babysitting Tommy. Although Cole tries to deny it, Marcie shows him the wallet he left. Marcie 'almost' sympathizes with him, but lays into Cole for seeing Starr against their parents' rules. She gives Cole some advice, "If you're not going to 'cool it' with Starr, please be smarter about it." Cole expresses how much he misses his dad and wishes he could go to him for support. Just then, Michael comes through the door and says, "It's over, it's finally over." After Cole leaves, Michael explains that he and Rex both thought the other killed Spencer, but that he has no idea what John's up to. Later that night, Marcie overhears Michael tell Tommy that everything is going to be okay from here on out.

Adriana runs into Tate at the hospital and tells him about the fire at Capricorn. After Tate hears that Adriana's brother is Antonio, Adriana gives him a little insight into her childhood and having been raised away from her real family. Just as she's telling Tate about Rex being in jail, Rex calls and agrees to meet her at the hospital. While waiting for Rex, Tate questions Adriana about how the two met and fell in love. Shortly after, Rex shows up and Tate watches as Adriana runs into his arms.

After Tate leaves, Rex tells Adriana about his and Michael's suspicions of the other, then says, "We're in the clear. No one is going to find out about Tommy."

When Blair tells Dorian she wants to watch the news to see if they show anything on Spencer's murder case, Dorian takes a pair of scissors and repeatedly stabs them in the desk and claims that whoever killed Spencer deserves a medal! Suddenly, the doorbell rings. It's John. He says to Dorian, "You're under arrest."

Cole goes to Dorian's to see Starr and explains that he saw her Aunt Dorian being dragged away in cuffs, "Your mom followed them." Cole tells Starr about his talk with Marcie.

Back at the station, John locks Dorian in a cell, takes her picture with his cell phone, then says, "That's all I needed." When Dorian says that she didn't kill Spencer, John replies, "I never said you did." Despite Dorian's protest, John leaves her in the cell. Blair comes to the cell and tells Dorian that bail hasn't been set yet, "What did you do?" Doran assures Blair that she did not kill Spencer, then begs her to find out what John 's up to!

Upstairs at the station, John informs Miles that they made an arrest, "That's all I'm telling you." He pulls Natalie aside and says that he's leaving town for a while, "I can't tell you where or why, but know it's about work." Natalie leaves it at that, but asks John to think about where their relationship is going while he's gone.

After Blair leaves, Miles visits Dorian and says, "I thought it was time we met."

After boarding a plane, John looks down at Spencer's mug shoot...
