I cried when Starr and Balsom's left, I cried when I saw Asa. Back in 1984, my father retired and started watching a show he kept calling, "The Phil Carey Show". In 1989, he came and stayed with me for a week and I turned on ATWT at 2. He asked to watch The Phil Carey Show, and the next show called Gangsters at a Hospital, and Opera at 4. I thought he was watching PBS because of the "Opera" at 4. Turned out that Phil Carey, the HUGE cowboy stars show was OLTL. Gangsters at the Hospital was GH and Opera at 4 was Oprah Winfrey. He REFUSED to believe he was watching daytime tv. I even showed him the Soap Magazines....He passed in 2004 shortly before Phil Carey (The big movie star). He watched The Phil Carey Show until the end.

My heart is breaking that tomorrow is the last episode. OLTL has been my favorite soap for as long as I can remember. This has been such a sad week and today’s episode was so sad but good. Happy to see some people are going to GH! Not too thrilled to see Todd RH going can’t really stand him. I liked TSJ so much better. (Still a little bitter about his departure lol) Wish someone could have saved this soap because it is so worth saving. So with a heavy heart, Goodbye OLTL and thank you for the many years of joy, tears, anger and anticipation that we felt through the many wonderful actors and actresses and helping me to escape reality.

Im am so mad that OLTL is being turned off. You guys took my 12pm soap off the air now your going to take my 1pm soap off. Did you guys ever think about the viewers that watch these soaps. I think general hospital should of been taken off instead.

One more thing, I will not be watching the revolution! I have watched the chew a couple times by mistake and it is the stupidest show ever. I will be finding other channels or shutting my TV off after tomorrow. I will not give ABC my approval for what they have done to our show! Ok rant over! lol
