Happy new year, all! Only 9 more episodes to go =(. I watched part of the OLTL marathon on Soapnet yesterday, missed the earlier epi's but I got to see TSJ's Todd execution for the first time. Well done! His fear, terror, anxiety, and desperation felt so real, and was not over-acted like it could have been (which would have just made it cheesy). That was some of TSJ's finest work.

I also loved Asa's funeral with all his ex-wives there, and when they flashed back to Blair's wedding to Asa, showing the actress who originated the character, it was a great comedic moment when Kassie DePaiva's Blair opened her compact to look in the mirrow with a puzzled expression on her face. Priceless!

I still remember the execution storyline and yes he made it look so real. I shivered through those scenes. TSJ did a a fine job.
The ABC soaps said Pre-Empted due to the holiday yesterday, but why then did The Young and the Restless and The Bold and the Beautiful both had new shows today on?

Tess, those shows weren't pre-empted because there were no conflicting bowl games on at the same time.

It was also fun to see a young, skinny Nathan Fillion in those classic episodes. He has certainly - um - "filled out" since his OLTL daze.
