Tea breaks down, Shaun and Greg talk about Charlene, and Starr comforts Cole...
Tea, Todd and Dani come face to face with Greg at the hospital. "How could you do that to me, Greg?" Tea cries. Greg apologizes but Todd snaps, "Don't say you're sorry you son of a bitch!" Tea stops Todd and claims she really does want to understand why Greg betrayed her trust. "You filled me full of lies and drugs," Tea continues. Dani lashes out next. Greg admits he didn't have the courage to say no to Eli but reminds Tea that he didn't go through with Eli's demands. Just as Todd threatens to rip Greg's heart out, Shaun appears and says, "Be my guest." Vivian joins them as Shaun squeezes Tea tightly and promises he had no idea about what his brother and Eli were up to. Tea believes him. After Todd, Tea and Dani leave, Shaun demands to know what happened to Charlene. Greg explains that she died and admits Charlene was the reason he had to go along with Eli. Shaun thinks Eli knew something about Charlene. Greg admits Charlene didn't want to give up Destiny but he did. During an argument, Charlene tripped and fell. It was an accident. Vivian confirms the facts surrounding head injuries. Shaun is furious to hear that Greg got rid of Charlene's body for fear the cops would think he murdered her. "You're as low as it gets," Shaun seethes. Greg is taken away. Vivian comforts Shaun as he cries about Charlene and Destiny.
In Bo's office, Mr. and Mrs. Evans plead for Bo and Nora's help. Greg made a terrible mistake. While Nora credits Greg as a terrific doctor, she warns he'll lose his license and serve prison time. Over talk of Destiny, Nora urges Mrs. Evans to give Destiny time to realize she's the woman who raised her, who loves her. Bo assures Mr. Evans, who doesn't deny that Greg broke all sorts of laws, that they all want the best for Greg.
Out in the station, James tells John that Cole went to a motel in Pine Valley. John makes some calls and finds out James is lying. John threatens to arrest James and asks if he really wants Starr in the middle of this mess when the cops arrest Cole. Fed up, John screams, "Get out of here, go!" After James leaves, Bo appears and orders John to go home to Natalie. She almost lost him today. Later, Mr. and Mrs. Evans watch as Greg is brought in. They feel as though they've lost him and hope they haven't lost Destiny.
Todd brings his girls home. Dani hugs her mother then gives her some time alone with Todd. When Tea sees the urn, she cries, "Was that supposed to be me?" Todd tries to get rid of the urn but she demands he hand it over. Once Todd gives Tea the urn, she flips out and tries to smash it! She can't believe what Eli and Greg did to her. Todd comforts Tea and reminds her that she made her way back to them. He'll be there for her, always. Todd knows what it's like to be without her. He can't go on without her. Later, they look at the spilled ashes and laugh. Todd jokes that Tea has to clean them up.
Dani meets Destiny outside of the Estate. "I'll understand if you hate me," Destiny says in reference to what Greg did. As Dani replies, "Just because he's your brother," Destiny interrupts, "He's not my brother!" Destiny backtracks as Dani assures her she's still her best friend. Dani opens the door and asks Destiny in but she declines. As Dani goes inside to join her mom and dad, Destiny walks away and listens to a voicemail from Mrs. Evans.
Starr arrives at Cole's motel room and assures him that the police have no idea where they are. Cole appears uncomfortable when Starr admits, "James has our back." Cole can't pretend to like that he owes James. Starr urges Cole to think positive about the situation at hand. Starr reminds Cole that he thought she and Hope were dead. They'll get him a good lawyer. Cole can't forget that he didn't protect Starr and Hope. James did. James saved them. "He's in love with you," Cole says but Starr cries, "I'm in love with you!" She begs Cole to believe in them. Cole never wants to leave Starr and Hope again. James arrives and admits that John's on to him. He knew James was lying. James promises that no one followed him there. Cole thanks James for saving Starr and Hope and for helping them now. James offers to be there if they need anything else then leaves with tears in his eyes.
Natalie enters Llanfair and tells Brody about her confrontation with Marty. Brody assures Natalie that Marty will come around. She'll see that Natalie had no choice but to turn Cole in. "I'm not so sure," Natalie replies. Marty keeps implying that she knows something and would do anything to hurt her. Brody thinks Natalie should put this to rest and have a paternity test done. "Marty can't hurt you if you know the truth," he says and hands her his DNA results, in case she wants to use them for a paternity test. "Trick or treat," John interrupts from the doorway. "What did I miss?" Brody excuses himself. Natalie slips Brody's DNA form in her purse and leaves to go home with John.
