Blair wonders if Todd's mind is playing tricks on him, John finds Greg at death's door, and Nate and James make their move...
Outside the Manning Estate, Nate argues with the police, who refuse to let him inside to see Dani.
In her bedroom, Dani cries, "I don't want to go." Starr assures Dani that their father tried everything to keep her there. He loves her so much. Dani talks about how incredible Tahiti is. However, she'd trade it all in a heartbeat if she could stay in Llanview. Dani fills Starr in on her strange conversation with Nate. Suddenly, James appears outside the window. He's there for Dani! James explains their plan and says Nate's downstairs pulling a fast one on the cops. James looks at Starr and says, "When two people belong together you do what you have to… to make that happen."
Downstairs, Todd holds his phone and asks, "Tea, is that you?" Suddenly, the line goes dead. Todd tells Blair it was Tea. "Tea's dead," Blair replies. Todd calls the number back but Tea's nurse claims there must've been a mix-up. Blair hears Nate screaming outside and tells the cops to let him say goodbye to Dani. After Nate is allowed upstairs, Blair rejoins Todd. He's sure he heard Tea's voice. "It's impossible, Todd," Blair replies. Todd reminds her they never saw a body. There's a knock at the door. It's Ross. He's there to pick up Dani. Blair pleads with Ross to think about Tea, to honor her memory and do what she'd want. She begs Ross not to take Dani to Tahiti.
Nate enters Dani's bedroom and urges her to escape out the window. They're going to hide her! Dani worries about the cops catching them. "You don't want to leave with Ross, do you?" Starr asks and offers to go with Dani…
Starr comes downstairs and lashes out at Ross for taking her sister away from her, their family and her friends. Starr tells her parents goodbye then heads home to be with Hope. Nate comes downstairs alone. Ross wonders where Dani is and runs upstairs to find her. Blair follows him, as Todd goes to Tea's urn.
Upstairs, Ross and Blair find Dani's room empty.
Starr, James and Dani rush into James' apartment. Dani hugs them both. James and Starr's hands touch as Dani clings to them.
Shaun demands that Destiny stay at Rodi's. He's going to Cherryvale alone. Darren appears and convinces Destiny to let Shaun handle Greg. Shaun promises to keep Destiny posted and says maybe he'll find something at Cherryvale that could help keep Dani in Llanview. After Shaun leaves, Destiny confides in Darren. She thinks Greg is in trouble with the law. Changing the subject to Dani, Destiny admits she's not ready for her to leave. Darren urges Destiny to let her feelings out.
Over at Cherryvale, the nurse rants at Tea for stealing her cell phone. The nurse warns Tea that she has to follow Dr. Evans' orders. He got really angry when she called him earlier and asked if Tea could call her husband. Tea begs the nurse to let her call Greg. The nurse refuses, gives Tea a sedative and leaves. Tea wonders why Todd sounded so surprised to hear from her. Tea begs for Todd to help her and removes the pill from her mouth.
Outside Tea's room, Shaun is stopped from entering by Tea's nurse. She tells him that Greg went out of town. Shaun wants to talk to Greg's patient. The nurse explains that Greg left strict instructions for his patient not to talk to anyone. Shaun's suspicious. The nurse warns Shaun he'll have to ask his brother for answers.
John enters Eli's room at St. Kitts with his gun drawn. He finds Greg unconscious on the floor. John calls for help. A nurse arrives, starts working on Greg and screams, "We're losing him!" After they take Greg away, John shows a nurse a photo of Eli. She verifies that Eli was Greg's current patient. John puts out an ABP then fills Det. Price in on the struggle between Eli and Greg over the lethal dose of morphine. Suddenly, Greg's cell rings. Det. Price has to tell Shaun that someone hurt Greg. He might not make it. Later, John and Det. Price realize that Eli and Greg are somehow connected to Tea's death and what's happening with Tea's daughter.
Shaun returns to Rodi's and tells Destiny that Greg is the hospital. Shaun doesn't know if Greg's going to make it.
Charlie is stunned to see Echo at Llanfair. Viki watches from the doorway as Echo talks about her and Charlie's old times. Viki joins them and thinks back to her past with Echo. Echo confirms that she and Viki go way back. "Echo slept with my husband," Viki blurts out. "Forgive me for asking this, but which one?" Charlie inquires. Viki and Echo argue over her affair with Clint. Echo assures Viki that she returned to Llanview knowing "Chuckles" was married. Viki is irked to hear that Echo and Charlie were lovers. "Looks like I slept with two of your husbands, Viki." Echo laughs but claims to feel bad about their past. "Can we finally bury the hatchet?" Charlie asks Echo to give Viki some time to absorb this. Echo insists on taking a picture of them and says how lucky Charlie and Viki are to have one another. She promises to be in touch then leaves. Charlie thinks Echo's appearance is a big coincidence. Viki isn't so convinced.
